Delightful, typically Menorcan villa in idyllic location on a small, private complex. Situated on a rocky headland with direct access to the sea. Quiet, and yet just 5 minutes walk to the pretty Marina of Cala'n Bosch with it's selection of first class restaurants and shops. The villa sleeps up to 6. It has 2 bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and bathroom. It has a large sun terrace with built-in BBQ for outside living, steps lead to a roof terrace with glorious views of the Med. There is direct access to the sea from the rocks where the snorkelling is excellent. The local beaches are 5/10 minutes walk. The villa is fully equipped with bed linen and towels which will be changed each week when the property is cleaned. The villa is in a quiet location fronting onto the sea with the added attraction of the small cove of Es Dormido for swimming and snorkeling. A short coastal walk (5/10 mins) takes you to the yacht marina and the fine sandy beaches of Cala`n Bosch.

Coast/Beach
A short coastal walk (5/10 mins) takes you to the yacht marina and the fine sandy beaches of Cala`n Bosch and beyond that to the beach of Son Xoriguer where windsurfers and small sailing boats may be hired. Water sking and paragliding are also available from this beach.
Golf
Approximately 30 minutes by car is the Club de Golf Son Parc.
The Club de Golf Son Parc course was designed by Dave Thomas, and it is the nearest of all on the Balearic Island Golf Courses to the sea. Surrounded by natural beauty such as pine trees, and peacocks. It is a moderately stunted and even course, trickier on the greens, however the wind can add challenges all over. The course is situated in the center of the Menorca island.

Cala'n Bosch is tucked away on the southwest tip of Menorca, 8km from the historic city of Ciudadela. Set around two sandy coves, Cala'n Bosch is an attractive resort, the focal point of which is a pleasant yachting marina. A sprinkling of shops, bars and restaurants dot the resort and it's gentle pace of life and tranquil atmosphere suits couples and families seeking a peaceful holiday.
