The rental accommodation occupies part of the 1st floor of the building, and is accessed by a stone staircase, passing over a small shrine leading to a large terrace that has furniture for relaxing and also dining furniture. The entrance from the terrace leads to a tall lounge, off which there is access to the kitchen, bathroom and the main en-suite bedroom. An internal staircase leads to a gallery where there is sleeping accommodation for 2 people. The house is surrounded by fields and orchards; clients are welcome to take such fruit as is in season. The owner lives in the remaining rooms, but he (and his family) do not use the external facilities, such as the pool, which are for the sole use of holidaymakers.

Coast/Beach
Deulosal is within easy reach of a variety of beaches in northern Mallorca. It is 6 miles to the wide sandy beach at Can Picafort, 10 miles to Port d'Alcudia and 15 miles to the less accessible coves around the Arta peninsula.
Travel
Car hire is essential as the house is 30 miles from Palma.
Distances
Half of the journey from Palma to Deulosal follows the motorway to Inca, followed by 10 miles of (recently upgraded) A-class road before 5 miles of slower driving on the country road from Sineu to Maria de la Salut; Deulosal is 1 mile further. There are many beaches, caves, mountains and interesting small towns that are easily reached from Deulosal; Pollensa is less than 15 miles away
Further details
Can Picafort is a large resort with a multitude of facilities; the smaller towns each have restaurants and bars where you are more likey to meet the locals.
Booking notes
Bookings are reserved on payment of a 25% non-returnable deposit. The balance can be paid in cash on arrival at Deulosal, or by bankers draft to reach Mallorca 1 week before your holiday. Along with an acknowledgement of a booking, guests are sent a detailed set of driving instructions for reaching the house togethjer with a range of other useful information including contact details.
