Fantastic little ferry service a few metres away which takes you to Ibiza Town, various beaches and Formentera. Changeover day
Changeover is Saturday. Check in 2pm. Check out 10am. Early check ins and late check outs will be accommodated if at all possible.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, full length mirrors, aircon & black out shutters to ensure a good sleep.

Bathrooms: Main bathroom with bath/shower over, sink, WC and bidet.
Shower room with shower cubicle, sink and WC.
Kitchen: Fully fitted modern kitchen with marble worktops, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle.
Utility Room: Washing machine situated in the second bathroom as is normal in Spain!
Living Rooms: Bright and sunny living room with modern furnishings, LCD TV, DVD/CD and large sliding doors with tinted glass (which keeps the apartment cool) opening onto the balcony.
Other: Large south facing balcony has sea views and is furnished with Moroccan table, comfortable dining chairs to seat four and two sun loungers.

Notes on accommodation

The apartment is situated on the third floor with a lift, is air-conditioned throughout and is suitable for children.

Outside
There is a large private swimming pool with children’s section and plenty of sunloungers, surrounded by terraces and immaculately landscaped gardens filled with mature olive trees and tropical plants and with private access directly onto the beach.

Coast/Beach
The beach is a 30 second walk and can be accessed also direct from the pool. Playa den Bossa is the longest beach in Ibiza, is clean, safe and has something to offer every kind of visitor.

Golf
Ibiza's golf course is only 15 minutes by car.

Special interest holidays
The complex is situated on the longest beach in Ibiza with water sports, plenty of sun loungers and beach bars. Bora Bora is a 15 min stroll along the beach. There is also a jetty offering a fantastic boat service to Ibiza Town (far less hectic than a taxi or bus in high season) and to Formentera (almost half the price of the Ibiza Town ferries!).

Travel
The airport is 10 mins away. A free private airport transfer is included for up to four passengers with luggage. A return is available at a reduced rate. We can arrange car hire for you to be delivered to the apartment or collected at the airport.

Further details
The Bossa Sol complex is situated at the start of Playa d'en Bossa in a quiet residential area, there are a few Spanish bars & restaurants, including a great tapas bar, just a few metres away. There is an English bar on the promenade near the ferry - who also provide a luggage store service. The bus stop (offering a 24 hour bus service in high season), taxi rank, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are a short stroll away. At the end of the resort is the world famous night/day club Space and Ibiza's only water park.

Booking notes
Non-refundable 50% deposit required to book, balance payable a month before arrival. A fully refundable security deposit of 400 euros or 400 pounds on arrival, refunded upon departure provided apartment left in a clean condition with no damages or breakages.
Private airport transfer provided free of charge, which is a real luxury in high season when the taxi queue can often stretch to the end of the airport! A return transfer can be arranged at a discounted price.

Particularly liked the location as is close enough to Ibiza Town & Playa D Bossa without being slap bang in middle of either. Being on the beach was great too & getting guest list to Pacha was the cherry on an already very tasty cake!! Fiona 2010

Just wanted to say thanks so much, we had a fab time in your apartment, from the immaculate and trendy apartment to the beautiful pool & lets not forget the balcony that gets the sun from 3pm till 9pm and the cracking location. We had an amazing time and lets not forget the aiport transfers which were the smoothest most comfortable I've ever experinced. We'll defo see you again next May around the same time I'll book again around July thanks so muchx Elsa & Lynn June 08
