There is ample space surrounding the property, including large drive, and terracing all round the pool complete with built-in barbecue area. Please note this pool is only shared with the other apartment, and is very private.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Arenal, which benefits from many amenities and is well sheltered. This beach is a 5 min drive away. There are many beautiful beaches on the island the majority of which can be easily reached by car.
Golf
18 hole golf course with driving range in Son Parc which is an approx 10 min drive away. Visitors pay green fees.
Travel
The airport is a 20 min drive away. Car hire is recommended in order to experience and enjoy the best of the island, including its beautiful and unspoilt beaches and historic towns. Roads are generally very quiet throughout the summer months, all clearly signposted. With the island only being an estimated 30 miles x 15 miles it makes driving a stress free experience.

Mahon 15 mins. Fornells 15 mins. Ciutadella 20 mins. Southwest beaches 25 mins.
Further details
Local amenities comprise of a small local port bar, which is a great place to watch the comings and goings in the port. A 3 min walk to the end of the road brings you to 3 restaurants and 3 bars. A supermarket and a gift shop make up this area. There is also a diving school and a tennis court available for hire. Fornells offers a wide range of water activities including sailing, windsurfing, and water sports. There will in most instances be someone available throughout your stay to contact.

We would ask you to confirm your flights are available prior to booking the apartment/villa. Deposit required 25% at booking with balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. If departure is within 8 weeks of booking, full payment is required when booking. Up to 8 weeks no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks 50% refund, 2-4 weeks 25% refund, less than 2 weeks no refund.
