It is only 100 metres from the safe sandy beach of Puerto Pollença and a 10 minute stroll past sea front restaurants to the centre of the port. It is a 10 minute drive to 2 of the many golf courses on the island, these are Golf Pollenca and Golf Alcanada (nr Alcudia) .It consists of one double bedroom with balcony (ideal for the morning sun) looking to the sea and mountains and a twin bedroom with views to the mountains. The bathroom has bath and shower. There is a large comfortable lounge plus dining area and balcony where you can dine alfresco, from here you have views looking to the children’s play park and the sea. A fully fitted kitchen complete with all modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and full cooking facilities. The flat is furnished to a very high standard.

The hallway has large in-built cupboards and there is a sideboard. This opens onto the dinning table area to the right and straight on, through a door into a circulation area for the bedrooms and bathroom. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is in a small residential building of 5 apartments. It is double aspect, North/South and therefor has very good cooling ventilation which is why there is no permanent a/c. Mobile a/c units can be hired locally if necessary. This is an ideal apartment for families being safe and so close to the beach and shady children’s play park. Couples will have a great time with lots to do in the port and on the beach.

Outside
Access to the stairway is along a short path with lemon and other trees. Only 2 other apartments are accessed from this stairway. The 2 balconies ensure you can get sun any time of the day.
Coast/Beach
Not only are you situated on the beautiful beach of Porto de Pollenca which is at the head of a well protected bay, surrounded by mountains giving majestic views, but there are many other beaches to visit. A short bus or car ride, or an hour’s walk, will take you to some fabulous sandy beaches or to truly amazing mountain views where the shear walls drop 300m down to the sea.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses within 15 min drive of the apartment. Both are 18 hole, full club house facilities and set in beautiful settings. The Golf Pollenca is 9km away in the beautiful valley Bouquer and Golf Alcanada (8km) on the bay of Alcudia has stunning views over the sea.
Special interest holidays
Bird watchers will delight in the many birds that frequent the valleys, hills and cliffs around the area (eg Elenor falcon) and the many migratory species that stop for a rest.
Travel
A car is not needed at all here. Take a taxi from the airport (70 euros) and get around using the frequent buses or hire a push bike. The airport is under 1 hour away whether you hire a car, take a taxi or coach.
Distances
The towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are 5km away, Port Alcudia 6km. There are many villages and towns to explore by bus or car.
