Changeover day
We have no precise changeover day, we are flexible. We ask that the villa is vacated by 12 noon in order for it to be cleaned and ready for the next arrival.

Outside
The garden has outdoor furniture including; table, chairs, pool side chairs and a BBQ. The pool is private and will be cleaned minimum once during your stay.

Coast/Beach
Villa Maya is situated on the Bahia Da Arta. This resort offers a wonderful sweep of uncrowded sandy beach with crystal clear turquoise seas and a dramatic backdrop of mountain peaks.

Golf
The villa is very close to Golf Club de Son Servera, and it is one of the best known in the Island of Majorca. The golf club is situated on the east coast of the Island, it’s right on the seafront, on the Costa de los Pinos, it offers an attractive and quiet natural landscape, it is set in the most delightful and peaceful surroundings. It is a 9-hole par 72 course which was opened in 1967! This 9-hole course has well preserved fairways and fast greens totally surrounded by pine trees. The golf course of Son Servera is the first course that was developed in this region of the island of Mallorca and since then many players have enjoyed its nine holes. The Golf club has many members and a friendly social atmosphere. Other facilities are: caddy car, driving range, golf club, trolley hire, putting green, professional, golf shop, bar, restaurant, shower. Other nearby courses include Pula Golf, Golf de Capdepera and Canyamel Golf.

Nearest international airport: Palma Airport at 65 kilometres (1 hour drive in the car)

Distances
Even though it is in the quiet private area it is within easy reach of local amenities. There is a 4star hotel nearby with health clubs and numerous other facilities (visitors are welcomed). There are also local village shops nearby and a tennis and windsurfing school! Lively night life is also close by (3 miles) in the local towns which are mentioned below, Taxis, buses or bikes are readily available. Costa De Los Pinos is just a few miles away from the local towns Cala Bona and Cala Millor.

Further details
Just around the corner of the villa there is a local Spar, a pizzeria, some restaurants, other shops too. It would only take you 1 minute to walk there. The bus stop and train stop are also there, the buses are very frequent and cheap. There are also telephone booths just by the bus stop.

Booking notes
In order to avoid disappointment please do book in advance, we are taking 2008 bookings now! Villa Maya can be rented out for both long and for short periods of time. If you require any information regarding this matter then do send us an enquiry. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking.
The balance is then due 2 months prior to departure. We prefer to deal in £'s.
