Situated in the Alqueria of Fornalutx, in a small group of farmhouses, is this traditional old stone Mallorquin house, faithfully restored, but with all modern conveniences. There is a main house plus 2 separate Casitas and lovely garden with pool. Completely secluded, it is off the road up 12 steps and a short walk up a lane of about 30m. Although the property comfortably sleeps 8, the Main House is very cosy for 2, particularly in the winter. Large wooden gates at the entrance reveal a walled courtyard patio; this leads into an arched traditional Entrada dining room with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, sitting room with open fireplace and roof terrace with wonderful mountain views. The Casita is set apart on a terrace above the house in the garden. It has a 5'6" sofa bed with modern bathroom open fireplace, TV. There is also another small poolside Casita with double bed and bathroom and utility room.

Notes on accommodation
The wood burning stove in the Entrada also heats the bedrooms in the winter. The thick stone walls keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter. It is an excellent all year round rental especially for walkers.
There is a dining patio in the courtyard with a barbecue and a secluded pool and garden in the back with sunloungers. There is a Sky satellite sevice but we cannot guarantee the signal in this part of the world. There is a DVD and video player. We have WIFI and regular internet available at an additional cost of 40 euros per week.

There is a dining patio in the courtyard with a BBQ and a secluded garden in the back with private pool and sunloungers. There is also a roof terrace with stunning mountain views.
Coast/Beach
5km from Repic Beach at Port Soller. There is also a sports facility 3km away with tennis courts, paddle tennis and a large competion swimming pool.

Palma Airport 45 minutes. Car Hire recommended.
Distances
5 minutes walk to centre of Fornalutx.

Booking notes
400 euro booking deposit, payment details will be sent on booking request. Due to many breakages, including TVs and DVDs and problems with families and small children we regret that we now have to take a security deposit of 200 euros returnable after departure. Also there will be a cleaning surcharge for families with children of 100 euros instead of the 10 euro a head weekly laundry charge.
