No elevator but well-lit stairways, air conditioning, central heating.
The layout is adaptable for two to six people. The front and the rear terraces make it possible to enjoy sun or shade at any time of the day. The pool is only a few steps away. No pets.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is a 3 minute drive to the beach of Port de Soller which has nice small restaurants.
Travel
Approximately 40 minutes to Palma de Mallorca International. Car hire can be arranged at favourable rates.
There is a train service from Palma to Soller.
Distances
A 5 minute drive will take you into Soller, a very attractive town with interesting architecture and a nice plaza.

Further details
Boat excursions are available from the port to La Calobra and Cala Tuent.
There is a recently made promenade along the sea front with interesting new bars and restaurants as well as a museum.
