A new villa which is built in the Mallorcan architectural style, the villa has fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The villa has a private gravelled drive and a gated entrance. The villa is surrounded by lawns and has a pool with Roman steps. On the ground floor there is a open plan kitchen with a utility room, dining room and lounge. There is a twin bedroom with a separate shower room. The lounge has satellite TV/DVD and music system. The lounge leads out onto a covered terrace which looks over towards the pool. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a dressing room. Leading out from this room there is a large uncovered terrace which overlooks the pool, there is a Jacuzzi bath and a shower room. There is also a twin bedroom. The villa is an ideal rental through the winter months as it has central heating.
