It is ideally situated within 5 minutes walk of Cala D'or marina where you will find a large selection of excellent restaurants and bars. Cala D'Or town is approx 15 mins walk round the harbour where you will find plenty more shops restaurants and bars. The location of the house is close to amenities and within walking distance of beaches. The house is in a private gated complex where you have access to 5 large swimming pools and 2 children's pools. Poolside showers. Private car parking facilities.

Changeover day
Villa available from 2pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Flexibility depends on arrival of other guests. Suitcases etc maybe left in house upon arrival. Guests are reminded to ensure that the house is left clean.

Coast/Beach
There are 7 sandy beaches in the vicinity of Cala D'Or of which 2 are only 5 mins walk away. The world renowned Cala Mondrago is only 10 mins drive by car or can be reached using the road train. This beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and worth a visit.

Golf
The Val D'or 18 hole golf course is only a 10 min drive away.

Travel
Palma international airport is 60km away and approx 40 mins by car. Taxis are readily available at the airport if not hiring a car. In view of the location car hire is not essential unless you want to venture further afield. Car hire can be arranged locally as can organised day trips.

Distances
Cala D'Or town can be reached within 15 mins walk around the Marina. Cala Egos is only 5 mines walk, where supermarkets, bars and restaurants are only a few hundred metres away. Palma city, with its beautiful Cathedral and cosmopolitan shopping is only 40 mins drive. Aquacity is 30 mins by car and Marineland is a 50 min drive.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking and the full balance needs to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. A refundable £200 damage deposit is required with the balance, which will be refunded on return of the key.
N.B. We expect that within 7 days a deposit to secure the dates agreed upon. If not received we reserve the right to re-advertise etc.
