Changeover day
Changeover day is typically Saturday. However, there is some flexibility depending on the time of year. The apartment is typically to be vacated by 12 noon to allow time for cleaning and preparation for next guests who arrive from 3pm onwards.

Notes on accommodation
Cot and high chair for babies must be requested at time of booking to ensure availability. We kindly ask guests to provide their own cot bedding.
Individual Mitsubishi air-conditioning/heating units in all 3 bedrooms and in lounge/dining area to maintain the perfect temperature in winter and summer.
Accessibility
There are 8 steps up to the lift. Lift takes you right up to the apartment door (2 apartments on each floor).

Gardens to the front of the building.
Coast/Beach
Distance to the beach: approx. 10 yards! The small sandy beach is directly below in Cala Bona. The sea is very calm here and perfect for swimming as can be seen by the blue flag. There is a lifeguard on duty during the summer. There are even some swimming pool style steps into the sea from one of the breakwaters.
In neighbouring Cala Millor, the beach is bigger, the waves more vigorous and there are a lot more people milling around.
Golf
Golf: In less than 10 minutes, you can drive to any of 4 golf courses: the very friendly Son Servera (9-hole), Sera de Pula (18-hole), Capdepera (18-hole) and Canyamel (18-hole). At last count, there were 19 golf courses across the island.
Travel
The apartment is about an hour from Palma airport. If you just want to relax and are not keen to drive on the "wrong" side of the road, you can book a coach transfer or taxi. There are however some great car hire deals from the airport which may be the better option if you are planning to see more of this beautiful island
Distances
Cala Millor is 5-10 minutes walk along the promenade, 2 minutes in the car. Son Servera, 2 minutes in the car. Porto Cristo (Caves of Drach) less than 10 minutes drive. Manacor 15 minutes drive. Inca approx. 40 minutes. Palma approx. 1 hour.
Further details
A quiet location yet all amenities - bars, great selection of restaurants, etc. - all within a minute’s walk! Spar supermarket and taxis 20m from the front door, rent-a-car and chemist’s 30m, etc. Clubs/discos for the youthful 10 mins walk to the right in Cala Millor. Banks can also be found in Son Servera or Cala Millor. The fishing port and marina are just 3 minutes' walk the other way in beautiful Cala Bona harbour which still retains its essentially Majorcan character. Some great fish restaurants here and there is always time for a small coffee and brandy as you watch the world go by in the sunshine, be it summer or winter...
This is a great place to wind down and relax but if you are feeling energetic you can try the scuba-diving school, paragliding, horse-riding, cycle-hire, etc. The sea is also very calm here and great for swimming.
There are several leaflets and travel books in the apartment detailing popular excursions, market days, areas of interest and useful telephone numbers. An excursion to the nearby Cuevas del Drach in Porto Cristo is highly recommended.
Booking notes
Rental prices listed for the property are per week in UK Pounds sterling. Payment is accepted in pounds sterling (GBP) or euros (EUR). To proceed with a booking, a letter of agreement is sent by the owner to the client. A signed copy of this agreement is sent by the client to the owner with a deposit of approx. 25% of the total (min. £100 or 150 euros) for each rental week to confirm the booking. The remainder is to be paid in full 60 days before departure.
