Kitchen: Kitchen includes cooker with hob, 1 fridge and 1 fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a large range of crockery, glasses, cutlery etc.
Living Rooms: Large open living room with 2 sofas complete with flatscreen TV (with Freeview satellite), DVD player and CD/radio hifi.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Maids clean on arrival and departure and midweek linen changeover for those staying 2 weeks. All bedding and towels included apart from beach towels. Pool cleaned 3 times a week. Gardener visit once a week.

Notes on accommodation
The en-suite bathrooms for bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have all been renovated for the 2008 season, following on from 2007 renovation of the en-suite to bedroom 1.

10 minute walk to Binibeca beach which has it's own beach bar.

A 10% deposit will be required on booking with the balance due 4 weeks before departure. New for 2008 bookings - we can now accept credit cards.
