Situated only 15 minutes drive south west of Palma and set on a headland between Cala Falco and Portals Vells, our beautiful villa in Sol de Mallorca with its own pool offers something for all the family. It stands in a small secure complex set back from the road clustered around an ornamental lake with bougainvillea covered walkways between the houses. Private Bar Manzana for residents and guests by the lakeside, open daily.Located close to numerous large and small secluded beaches. Nearby Puerto Portals (well known for sophisticated style), Andratx and Port Adriano. Local attractions include the Casino, two Waterparks, Marineland, Pirates Adventure. Sailing, Go-karting, Tennis, riding. Golf catered for at the local championship course at Santa Ponsa – 10 minutes away, Bendinat and five other local courses. Changeover day is Saturday. Villa available after 3.00 pm and must be vacated by 10.30 am.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have fans. Suitable for children. Cots and high chairs available payable locally.
Outside
Outdoor dining area with table and barbecue. Swing hammock, loungers with cushions and towels, umbrellas, coffee seating area. Pool is private and well concealed from outside the property, with steps and measures approx 3 metres X 6 metres, 3 ft deep at shallow end, 6 ft deep at deep end.
Coast/Beach
All local beaches are sandy, many are blue flag. Local cove at bottom of headland within 10 minutes walk. Cala Vinas, Cala Falco beaches 5 minutes drive. Portals Vells (recommended), Santa Ponsa, Palma Nova, 10 minutes drive. Paguera, Camp de Mar less than 15 minutes. Andratx less than 20 minutes drive.
Golf
Santa Ponsa championship 10 minutes drive away. Bendinat 15 minutes away. Other local courses within 10 minutes.
Travel
Palma de Mallorca is 15 minutes drive. A car is advisable. Car Hire is available at the airport and we can recommend cost effective companies.

Booking notes
A provisional booking can be made by telephone. This will be held for three days pending receipt of deposit and completed booking form. A deposit of 25% of the total rental is required on booking. This deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation. The balance will be due 9 weeks prior to departure.

The villa had the best facilities that we have ever had - and we villa holiday quite regularly - it had everything you will ever need in this 'home from home'. "My family, husband and three kids aged 12, 15 & 20 enjoyed a brilliant two weeks in this property. Located on the headland it was close enough to access all major towns in the area but far enough away to give idyllic peace and quiet. (Best to have a car but rental agencies were great)
