Sa Taluda is a large rural villa set in its own grounds surrounded by fruit orchards with country views providing total privacy. Photos do not do this villa justice the tranquilty and quality are exceptional. The villa is on 2 levels a balcony looks out onto the orange trees and the sea. The villa is well equipped providing a real home from home. There is a furnished terrace a covered BBQ area next to the large pool area. The villa is near to the village of Santa Margalida and a short drive to the beach resort of C’an Picarfort where there are white sandy beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The town of Santa Margalida is where you can shop and mix with the locals in this quaint village. Resorts of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are approx. half an hour drive. Excellent value villa to explore the beautiful North. You can have a relaxing private holiday away from it all but be a short drive to all amenities. Excellent for large families or groups to holiday together.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible and breaks any number of days considered except in July and August. Please email for availability and confirmation of prices when not a weekly rental request.

Towels and linen included and changed weekly. Property cleaned between tenants. |

Electric heaters for the winter months note there is a £85 per week charge for use of the heaters. Not wheelchair accessible due to being on 2 levels however one bedroom is on the ground floor.

'For anyone seeking peace and quiet in the most beautiful surroundings, nothing could be better than this spacious, comfortable and extremely well equipped villa, just 10 minutes drive from the attractive resort of Ca’n Picafort. When we got the villa Finca Sa Teulada, we were pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful the villa was as opposed to viewing it on the internet. It was a beautiful villa, fantastic swimming pool, very spacious, really private and an excellent place to be. It's a short drive to any of the towns, and the beaches of C'an Picafort, Alcudia, Playa de Muro, and various other towns we visited and beaches. This is the sort of place where I would definitely go back to as we really felt like we were home from home and it was excellent value for money.
