Binibecca (also know as Binibequer) is situated on the South of the island, just twenty minutes from the beautiful main city of Mahon and the airport. This is a quiet family orientated place, with mainly villas rather than the noisy bar/disco/hotel scene of some other resorts; although there are plenty of restaurants/shops etc.

Situated alongside Villa Doc, with the same view. The villa has two main bedrooms (with twin beds) and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room - allowing for sleeping arrangements for up to 5-6 people. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet and there is also a main bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and and washbasin. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the dining/living room with a French door connecting to a delightful and spacious patio - ideal for sunbathing and enjoying eating outdoors. The kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Sunbathing space is plentiful on both the extensive patio and on the sunroof; there is also an outside barbecue for guests to use. There is a TV/video/DVD but this does not have Sky or any other service (i.e. it is intended for watching videos/DVDs only). |

Notes on accommodation
There are fans in each room. Both villas have a TV/Video/DVD but with no reception - the aim being to cater for kids with videos and DVDs.
WIFI : For those of you who can't leave home without it, Wireless Internet Access is available in several bars a short drive away in St Lluis - free but polite to order the odd drink/coffee
Bed Linen/sheets and House Towels are provided; you will need to take your own Beach Towels.
Outside
The accessible swimming cove in front of the villas has shelved rock platforms & steps to access the crystal-clear water - great for snorkelling. This cove is a rare commodity on Menorca.
Swimming pool: Villa Doc and Villa Feliz do not have swimming pools, which is reflected in the very reasonable rates charged (villas with pools tend to rent for £500-600+ more per week and generally do not enjoy such a good position); however, there is a lovely pool a five minute walk away in the fishing village and the beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away.
What can be better than hearing the sound of the sea from the terrace? Both villas have brick built barbecues on their outside patio space.
Each villa has a roof terrace for sun-bathing & star-gazing.
Coast/Beach
The safe beach is just a 10-15 minute walk away and that beautiful cove you see on the picture really is 50m away from the villas (and, yes, you can hear the waves lapping).
Menorca has a host of beautiful beaches to suit everyone.
Golf
Son Parc Glof Club is approximately 30 mins drive to the NNW of Mahon near Arenal d'en Castell off the Me7 road.
Travel
Fly to Mahon, Menorca from most major airports.

Mahon and airport 15-20 minutes.
Further details
Plenty of shops and restuarants nearby and within easy walking distance (a car is not essential and a taxi to and from the airport tends to costs £15-20 depending on number of people and quantity of luggage). There are also bus stops nearby if you want to go and visit Mahon, the main city.
Menorca is a great destination for walking in the spring/earlysummer (the flowers are abundant) & autumn months.
The Menorca Cricket Club (MCC) is a 15 min drive away near S'Uestra. There is usually a game to watch at the week-end at a lovely ground with a bar!
Booking notes
A 25% booking deposit is required, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date.
We do not charge a security deposit as we trust you to look after the property (and, so far - we have not been let down!!)
The Villas are fully insured against major catastrophe but you will need your own travel insurance for the usual things such as theft of belongings, health and accident etc..
