Notes on prices
Prices are per week in UK Pounds and we do not currently charge a security deposit (we trust people to look after the villas and so far have not been disappointed). If you see a week coming up soon that is not rented we may consider a last minute discount! We do charge a 25% booking deposit, with the balance being due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Note that we have altered the changeover day for Villa doc to a Saturdayfor all bookings after September 20th, 2008.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday for both villas. After 20th September 2008 Villa Doc Changeover day has been altered to a Saturday but will revert to a Friday in 2009.

Villa Doc

The recently refurbished and much loved Villa Doc is situated on its own plot just 50m from the sea, with an unbeatable and unobstructed view over a beautiful swimming cove. Shops, restaurants and the beach are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Villa Doc comprises three principal bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. The living area is open plan, with a dining area and a breakfast bar between the fully equipped kitchen and the sitting/dining area. Outside there is a shaded patio, ideal for eating and relaxing; there is also a secluded sunroof ideal for sunbathing and additional patio to the front and rear of the property. There is a sofabed in the living area allowing sleeping space for up to 7people. The double bedroom has an en-suite WC. Shower and washbasin and there is a fully fitted bathroom with WC. Bath with shower and washbasin within the villa, with a further shower WC and hand basin facility in a separate room (which also contains a washing machine).

Villa Feliz

Situated alongside Villa Doc, with the same view, Villa Feliz was completely refurbished during the winter of 2004. The villa has two main bedrooms (with twin beds) and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room - allowing for sleeping arrangements for up to 5-6 people. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet and there is also a main bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and and washbasin. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the dining/living room with a French door connecting to a delightful and spacious patio - ideal for sunbathing and enjoying eating outdoors. The kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Sunbathing space is plentiful on both the extensive patio and on the sunroof; there is also an outside barbeque for guests to use. There is a TV/video/DVD but this does not have Sky or any other service (i.e. it is intended for watching videos/DVDs only).

Notes on accommodation
There are fans in each room. Villa Doc has a TV/Video and local Spanish TV reception (No SKY service) and Villa Feliz has a TV/Video/DVD, but with no reception - the aim being to cater for kids with videos and DVDs.

Outside
Swimming Pool: Villa Doc and Villa Feliz do not have swimming pools, which is reflected in the very reasonable rates charged (villas with pools tend to rent for £200-300 more per week and generally do not enjoy such a good position); however, there is a lovely un-crowded pool at The Morgana Restaurant, just 200 metres from the villa (great for kids) and wonderful swimming in the cove at the front of the villas and at the beach a 5-10 minute walk away. There is also an extremely beautiful swimming pool at the Eden Binibecca Club which is a 10 minute walk or two minute drive away.

Both villas have brick built barbecues on their outside patio space.

Coast/Beach
The beach really is a 5-10 minute walk and that beautiful cove you see on the picture really is 50m away from the villas (and, yes, you can hear the waves lapping).

Travel
Fly to Mahon, Menorca from most major airports.

Distances
Mahon and airport 15-20 minutes.

Further details
Plenty of shops and restuarants nearby and within easy walkinjg distnce (a car is not essential and a taxi to and from the airport tends to costs £15-20 depending on number of people and quantity of luggage). There are also bus stops nearby if you want to go and visit Mahon, the main city.

Booking notes
A Booking Deposit is required, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date; we do not charge a Security Deposit as we trust you to look after the property (and, so far - we have not been let down!!)

The whole place was very clean and well equipped. More than anything though, the location and the patio to enjoy it from were fantastic. I have never stayed anywhere with such a beautiful setting, and the swimming cove was wonderful.
