3 good size bedrooms 1 with kingsize double and ensuite shower room. Other 2 bedrooms, one with double bed other with 2metre single beds. There is a bathroom separately for these 2 rooms. A large living room with chimney, kitchen with 2 steps down to a dining room. Kitchen has all mod appliances, dishwasher etc. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

2 double bedrooms, one with double bed, one with 2 singles 1.90"s. Other bedroom bunk beds. A large bathroom. Kitchen/living area, washing machine.

Notes on accommodation
Both houses have central heating.
Outside
El Molino has an shaded area outside the kitchen, and another by the pool area with BBQ.
El Torrente has a shaded terrace which stretches the length of the house with the swimming pool immediately in front.
Coast/Beach
We recommend a car, nearest beach Canyamel is approx 6 minutes. There are a number of fabulous beaches in this area.
Travel
Palma 74kms, although you can catch a ferry to Menorca from Cala Ratjada 70mins.
Distances
Capdepera 3kms. Cala Ratjada and Arta are 6kms.
Further details
All 3 villages mentioned have all the main banks, with markets on certain days, restaurants numerous.
