Changeover day
Saturday 11am changeover in high season/school holidays, the rest of the time we will try to be as flexible as possible.
Please note during high season the apartment should be vacated by 11am latest so the cleaners can get in to make ready.

There is a small barbecue area outside the front of the apartment on the 3rd terrace.
There are 3 seats and a hanging bamboo egg chair on the top terrace for chilling out.
There is a private downstairs terrace with sun loungers and direct gated access to the swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
It is a 1 minute walk to the Anchorage Club private beach.
Golf
Real Bendinat is a 2 minutes drive away, an excellent course built into the mountainside.
Camp De Mar is a pretty, modern course by the sea, 15 mins away.
Son Vida/Son Muntaner is 15 minutes away.
Travel
15 minutes drive to the airport.
Distances
10-15 minutes drive to Palma Centre.

I stayed at your apartment week commencing 8 July 2006, just like to pass on our thanks and wish you well in what we assume is a new project for you. It was my first visit to Mallorca for many years and I enjoyed it way beyond my expectation really. This was certainly down to the resort and accomodation, long haul has become tedious now with our 3 year old daughter, who incidentally may just have worn out your Spirit and Racing Stripes DVDs!
