San Jaime Apartment 173 is a privately owned ground floor 2 bedroom apartment in the south coast resort of Son Bou, Menorca. Being at the end of a block the apartment is ideally positioned, facing south, overlooking the colourful well tended communal gardens. It is in a small complex which includes a restaurant and pool bar, with a large swimming pool and children's paddling pool and a tennis court. It is ideal for a family holiday, with easy access to all of the amenities of the resort - supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The sandy Son Bou beach, the longest and one of the best on the island, is within 5 minutes walk away.

Bathrooms: Recently refurbished with new tiles to walls, lighting and full width mirror. Shower over full size bath, wc and basin, window to side of property.
Kitchen: Kitchen/dining. Comprising a fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, all linen/cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking equipment and tableware.
Living Rooms: Comfortable seating area, with coffee table, CD player, dining table and chairs, ceiling fan and 2 large windows to front and side of property.
Cleaning/towels/

You will be provided with all bed linen and towels, (except beach towels). These will be changed midway through your holiday (on holidays of two weeks or over). A welcome pack of basic provisions will be in the apartment upon your arrival.

Notes on accommodation
As this is a ground floor apartment, it is particularly suitable for children. There is also a CD player in the lounge area.

Outside
The patio area is spacious enough for dining outside, sunbathing or relaxing and unwinding just watching the world go by while sipping on a long cool drink, you can spill on to the lawned area to the front and side of the apartment as well!! The Zone 3 'Baja Apartamentos San Jaime' complex includes a pool bar with a large rectangular swimming pool, (the sun beds are free at this pool) children's paddling pool, tennis court and a children's play area. A short distance away is the popular 'Club San Jaime' which is at the centre of the community with a supermarket, shops and another swimming pool with waterchutes, restaurant and pool bar. It is free to use all of the pools in the resort, but there is a charge for using the sun loungers at San Jamie. Son Bou is a bustling area a short walk from the apartment, there are restaurants to suit all tastes, from Chinese buffets to traditional Menorcan fayre, there is a further selection of supermarkets, gift, clothing and perfume shops and bars.

Travel
Son Bou is conveniently located, less than half an hour's drive or taxi ride from Mahon Airport, about 4 miles from the historic local town of Alaior and only 12 miles from Mahon, Menorca's capital. A regular bus service to all major parts of the island runs from the resort.
