The villa is superb. Much care has been taken with the decor and furnishings to create a stylish and welcoming interior. Just 4km from the beautiful city of Ciutadella, and surrounded by beaches and rocky headlands, its one of the island's loveliest resorts. The soft sandy beach in Cala n' Blanes is gently shelving and the resort has children's play areas, a wide choice of shops and restaurants and a water park. The rest of the island is easily accessible by car and there are regular bus services to Cuitadella - the island's capital in Roman times. Ciutadella is full of historic grandeur and architectural splendour, with narrow cobbled streets lined with trendy shops and designer boutiques and tempting waterside bars and restaurants overlooking the stylish marina.

There are no under occupancy charges - 20% deposit required on booking. Final balance 10 weeks before departure.

Changeover day is Friday - Friday although we can sometimes be flexible in April/October.

Outside
Good size gardens surround the property and all gates can be locked making it totally secure. At the front of the property there's a car port area accessed via a sliding gate. The lounge and kitchen have patio doors leading to the sun terraces where you'll find dining table and chairs, sun loungers & umbrellas, barbecue and private swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
There are two beaches in the resort, one within 5 minutes walk of the villa and the other - Cala n' Blanes beach is a 10 minute walk. There's also a lovely bay closeby where people enter the sea via steps for snorkelling and scuba diving.
There's a scuba diving centre in the resort.
Travel
Mahon is the only airport in Menorca and its approximately a 35 minute drive to the villa from the airport.
Distances
Those who have already been, will know that the island has an unusual charm and offers exceptional areas of outstanding natural beauty. It’s 216 kilometres of coastline and beautiful beaches are without doubt one of its main attractions. Some offer direct contact with unspoilt nature, whilst others offer family fun and the romance of secluded coves.
Added to that you’ve got delightful resorts all over the island, towns such as Mahon, the capital, offering fascinating attractions.

Car hire can be arranged for guests. We have special arrangements with a local company who ask for no deposit or money until the car is collected at the airport. Please ask for details when booking.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is requested upon booking along with completion of a booking form detailing key information - deposits are non refundable. The balance is payable 10 weeks before departure.

August 2007. We loved the villa, it was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your lovely home. It is easily one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in, and if I dare say so, it was cheaper than I think it should be, comparing prices with the other places we looked at!
June 2007. Fabulous time at your villa which is great - much much better than the last villa we had in Menorca. Your photos do not give justice to the villa particularly the patio and pool area. Thank you very much and hopefully

May 2007. We had a great holiday and your villa is lovely. Ideally situated We also used it as a base to visit much of the island. We also chilled out quite a bit by the pool. We did really like Cuitadella and probably would have spent more time there in the small tapas bars if we'd discovered that aspect earlier. Wouldn't really want to try anywhere else as we have the choice of the resort for shopping and restaurants. Will be back!
