Notes on prices
The 2008 rental prices for the property are per night in Euros. Extras:
Deposit 200,- Euros (refundable). Final cleaning 75,- Euros per unit (60,- Euros for the OASIS).
All linen and towels are included in the rental price. Highchairs and baby bed free of charge toys for kids are there too.

Notes on accommodation
Children welcome! It is a huge plot of land with lots of corners and garden to explore. There's a slide at the pool and some toys too.
Each Unit has at least 1 sizeable terrace attached to the unit.
Washing machines and dryer available for all guests.
Outside
Excellent location in Mondrago Natural Park only 400 yards away from sandy beach. Approx. 7000sqm grounds with big old palm trees, pine & almond tress. Wild wine is growing on the walls, the garden offers oranges, lemons, hibiscus, oleander, lavender, rosmarine etc. Several terraces, pool with sunbeds.
Coast/Beach
Spectacular Cala Mondrago and Cala S'Amarador beaches only few minutes walk down the road. In low season you can take the car down. In high season road is closed, so SaVinya is the closest you get to the beach in high season! Mondrago Natural Park conservation area surrounds property.
Golf
Vall d'Or and Son Antem golf courses as well as newly opened Llucmajor 9-hole golf course not far away.
Special interest holidays
Horse riding close by (Rancho Jaume) less than 1 mile. Diving School close by less than 1 mile. Walking, jogging, running, conservation area, cycling rental closeby. Boat charter available in Porto Petro.

Car hire highly recommended.

Airport 45 mins drive. Porto Petro 1 mile. Cala d'Or and Santanyi approx 5 miles.

Horse farm and diving schools nearby. Cala Mondrago Natural Park offers a great area for excursions. Cala Mondrago and Cala S'Amarador are 2 of the most beautiful sandy beaches Mallorca has to offer. Both are very suitable for children.
Bar within 500 yards - open all year. No hotel high rises nearby. Rare opportunity to eat / drink at 2 cute beach bars / restaurants with great food in cala Mondrago. Unfortunately open in winter only on weekends!
