The apartment comprises terrace with ample space for outside dining on the patio table and chairs with views of the beach. An ideal location for a family, pool or beach based holiday. The apartment is very close to the complex's own reception, bar, restaurant and entertainment facilities, children's playground, games room, kid mini disco etc. There is also a regular shuttle beach train around Cala'n Porter and to and from the beach from outside the complex.

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK pounds not per person per week.
Cots and high chairs can be rented through the owners.
Please ask for a quote if you are looking for a long let. At present there is a £50 discount for early bookings.

Changeover day
Normally Friday to Friday, but for multiple week bookings other days can be negotiated. Clients normally leave by 10.00am and arrive after 3.00pm or by prior arrangement.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan.
Lounge with single sofa bed and cot if required.
There is also a safe in the main twin bedroom.
Bathrooms: Separate bathroom with bath/shower, wc, washbasin, automatic washing machine.
Kitchen: Kitchen with fitted cupboards, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and juicer. Sufficient cutlery, crockery, glassware and pots and pans. Breakfast bar with stools.
Living Rooms: The lounge and dining area are comfortable with single sofa bed and chair, dining table and chairs. Electrical equipment includes TV/DVD with a selection of DVD's, radio/CD/tape player including a selection of CD's and Tapes.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All required linen including bath and hand towels per person is provided fresh for each arrival and a linen change is provided on multi week lets.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is set in mature gardens with plenty of shade from surrounding plants and trees and on the sun terrace parasols are provided also. Ideal for families with children having access to a creche facility (a small charge is payable at reception), a large child friendly swimming pool, mini golf course, bar, restaurant, TV lounge, games/video room and live entertainment.

Outside
Own terrace overlooking the bay of Cala'n Porter and mini golf course. Short distance from a good sized communal swimming pool and childrens pool with access to the tropical gardens and bar and restaurant facilities.

Coast/Beach
Cala'n Porter's lovely sandy and gently shelving beach is 10 minutes walk away from the apartment or the shuttle train can be used from outside the apartments to the beach. An ideal beach for children where sun loungers and parasols can be hired, also pedalos and slide boats.

Golf
Professional golf course at Son Parc approximately 20 minutes drive away.

Travel
Mahon airport is located 10 minutes drive or taxi ride away. It is not necessary to hire a car as there is a good bus service from Cala'n Porter. If you do wish to hire a car this can be arranged with a pick up and drop off at the airport, this will allow you to explore the beautiful island of Menorca.

Distances
Mahon is 7 miles away, Alaior is 6 miles, San Clement 4 miles. From Mahon bus station there are bus services to all areas of the island.

Further details
Cala'n Porter town centre is just 10 minutes walk which gives you access to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, doctors, chemist and a variety of other shops and evening entertainment.

Booking notes
A £50 deposit per week is required on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to travel.
Bookings now being taken for the 2007 season at 2006 prices.
Also available in 2007 a two bedroom apartment in the same complex accommodating up to 5 people with the same facilities ref B1353 (ideal for two families taking a holiday together).
