Outside
This is complex of 28 apartments on a hillside development with private parking and shared pool with shower and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
There are 2 beaches within easy access to the apartment both have sun loungers, umbrellas etc for hire. Some water sports.
Golf
Mallorca is well known for its golf courses. The nearest being Son Termens which is approx 20 mins drive. This course is of the highest standard and offers all the usual facilities expected.
Travel
The nearest airport is Palma. The apartment is half an hour drive away from the airport. There are taxis available outside the airport, the cost each way would be around £35. Alternatively you can hire a car. There are lots of low cost airlines that fly into Palma from various airports in the UK.
Distances
Nearest major town is Soller which is a 10 min drive/tram ride. Other towns nearby are Deia, Valdamossa, Fornalux which are all very picturesque and are accessible by the local bus transportation, which also goes down to Palma.
Further details
In Port de Soller you will have access to banks, restaurants, supermarkets. There is a tram service which runs to Soller, this in turn connects with a train service which goes to Palma, well recommended. There are boat trips which go from the Port each day.
Booking notes
After initial enquiry has been made via telephone a 25% deposit would be required to secure a booking. The full payment should be made one month prior to arrival. Keys will be sent two weeks prior to departure.
