Changeover day
Rental is normally Saturday to Saturday (arrival time 3pm, departure time 10am), but I will try to be flexible depending on other bookings.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have twin beds and built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 3: a feature staircase leads up to the stunning master suite which has a king sized bed, en-suite facilities and access to a private roof terrace with views to mountains and sea. |

The top suite has a unique bath, sink, also shower and WC. Between bedrooms 1 and 2 there is a bathroom with shower, double sink and WC. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC and sink. |
| Kitchen: |
The large luxury kitchen is well equipped with a 5 ring gas hob, Smeg oven, Smeg fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Opens on to small terrace. |
| Living Rooms: |
The spacious living and dining area has two leather sofas, satellite TV and an open fire-place. There is a table and seating for 6 diners. The living area opens onto a large balcony which lends itself to open air dining. |

Towels and linen are included with a change provided. The apartment is cleaned once a week. |

On the top terrace there are two sun loungers and two trendy deckchairs.
Coast/Beach
An array of water sports are available at the beach which is 300m away. A 10 min stroll along the seafront will bring you into Puerto Pollensa.
Golf
Golfing enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby courses of Pollensa and Alcanada. Golf clubs are available.
Distances
It is a 40 min drive from Palma airport, and whilst a car is not essential, it would enable you to explore this beautiful island.
Further details
The location of this apartment provides something to suit all tastes, from the natural beauty of the sea and mountains to the vibrant night-life of Alcudia a 10 min drive away. The old town of Pollensa is close by and within a half an hours drive the dramatic Tramuntana Mountains can be experienced. A gentle stroll along the sea front brings you into Puerto Pollensa. It still retains the charm of the small fishing village it once was, but now also boasts a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants that cluster round the marina, town square and Pinewalk.
Booking notes
Please telephone or email to confirm availability. A 25% non refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. I also ask for a damages/breakages/extra cleaning deposit of £100 at the time the balance is paid. This will of course be returned if there are no damages, breakages or extra cleaning.
