This magnificent villa is situated in the countryside of Campos, 6km from the sandy beach of S'Estrenc which is famous for its blue and turquoise sea waters. The villa is situated in a large green area of 25,000m². It has a large swimming pool with steps 12m x 6m. The area where the villa is located is extremely peaceful with lovely views over the very well preserved countryside. The villa is decorated to the highest standards and has a big reception, large living room, separate dining room, large library, 4 bedrooms, all with outstanding views over the countryside. 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet. There are 2 porches overlooking the garden with deckchairs, sun beds in the terrace surrounding the swimming pool and a barbecue. The village of Campos, close to the villa, has a lot of character with lovely churches, restaurants and cafes. Other villages in the area are Santanyi, Felanitx and Ses Salines.

Changeover day
Saturday. Please call for flexibility. The property is booked from 15.30 hours on the day of arrival to 11.00pm on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation.
