Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. We usually only accept bookings for 14 nights or longer in high season. Changeover day is Saturday, maybe flexible early/late season. Prices per week are from, with the lowest priced week stated here. Heating early/late season £25 per week if required. Nov - April long term rental maybe available from £450 a month...please ask for details.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. You must vacate the property by 10am and can enter after 4pm unless otherwise agreed.

The apartment will be cleaned on arrival and departure. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Beach towels are not included. |
Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The complex is suitable for people of all ages. The apartment is on the ground floor with easy access for pushchairs etc. There is a safe for your valuables. The apartment has a selection of video's, DVDs, books, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Highchairs and travel cots are available for hire. Guests are reminded that the apartment must be left clean & tidy. Welcome tea/coffee pack.

Outside
The apartment has a terrace with patio furniture with views of the pool, it is the perfect place for alfresco dining. The pool is a good size and has a separate children’s section and is surrounded by terracing with sunbeds. There is a small children’s play area in the complex. The gardens are well kept and the complex is private. There is a pool side bar serving drinks & snacks with internet access, Sky TV and pool table.
Coast/Beach
Cala’n Porter beach is just a short stroll away and can be reached by steps or a steep hill. You can drive down as there is a free car park. There is also a mini train that runs around the resort. The beach is beautiful with white sand and crystal clear sea, idea for swimming and snokelling. You can hire sunbeds, parasols and pedaloes. There is a bar, restaurant and shop. There is also a children’s play area on the beach.
Golf
Son Parc golf course is about 30 minutes drive.
Travel
Mahon airport is about 10 - 15 mins away. You can get a taxi from the airport which will cost around 20 euros or you can have a hire car waiting for you. Car hire is not essential as Cala’n Porter has everything you could want but we would recommend that you hire one for a few days as the Island is so beautiful and well worth seeing.
Distances
The capital Mahon is 15 mins drive. Ciutadella is about a 40 mine drive. Son Parc and Fornells is 30 mins by car.
Further details
Cala’n Porter has a choice of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops. There is a chemist, hairdressers, bank, tobacconist and various other shops. There is nightly entertainment in the resort of Cal’n Porter. It is also home to the beautiful Cova d'Xoiroi Caves which is a lovely place to have a drink in the day and is a night club at night.

£100 per week deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 10 weeks before arrival.
