Set in 5 acres of private land, of terraces filled with almond, olive and carob trees and with a private access track from the bottom of the hill. The villa enjoys all modern comforts, dishwasher, DVD, 42" Plasma TV, satellite TV, washing machine, drier, stereo, central heating etc has a GPS alarm installed and is covered by Winterthur home insurance. It is surrounded by a large terrace with various seating areas and tables, has a swimming pool,bbq and garage. Next to the pool (10 x 4,5m) is a chillout area, complete with a kingsize balinese bed and teak garden furniture. The village of San Miguel is walking distance away (about 1 mile) or just 5 mins by car. Ibiza town, Sta Eulalia and San Antonio are all about a 20 min drive away.

The lounge is airy, with high ceilings. Approx. 50 m2, it is divided into 2 zones, the first with 2 sofas and coffee table next to the chimney, with 42" plasma TV in front. On the other side lies the stereo and a further sofa. |

The washroom is located off the 2nd bathroom and is where you'll find the washing machine, drier, a large sink for hand washing and the water heater. This room also has outside access to the bbq. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided, as is twice weekly cleaning. Bed linen is changed once a week, and towels are stored within the house to be changed whenever needed. |
Notes on accommodation
The rest of the year this house is the owners private family residence. Sorry no smoking inside the house, smokers are asked to smoke outside.

Large terrace surrounds the villa, private swimming pool (10 x 4.5m) teak garden furniture, chillout area with kingsize balinese bed. Various seating areas, bbq and garage. Spectacular view over the valley of San Miguel. Lovely garden with bouganvillea, palm trees and fruit trees.
Coast/Beach
5 km away from Benirras beach, famous for its sunset drum parties. San Miguel Port is also about 5 km away, you'll find a diving school there, both beaches offer kayaking and good quality fish restaurants. On the way to Portinatx you'll encounter a further 3 beaches, Calas Xarraca, Xucla and S'illot and once in Portinatx there are a further 4. All are family beaches and have beach bars or restaurants plus sun loungers and umbrellas for hire.
Golf
Roca Llisa Golf Course, in Sta. Eulalia is approx 9km away.
Travel
Ibiza airport is approx. 35mins drive away (about 22km). Ferries arrive at Ibiza town or San Antonio which are both about 20 mins drive away. Car hire is essential as public transport services run to the village 1km away but not to the villa itself.
Distances
San Miguel village lies 5 mins by car (1km), San Juan 10 mins, Ibiza Town, San Antonio and Sta. Eulalia about 20 - 25 mins drive away.
Further details
In San Miguel village you'll find 2 supermarkets, 3 banks and 5 bar/restaurants plus a Post Office, paper shop and a church dating from the 17th century. In San Miguel Port there's a scuba diving centre, tennis courts, mini-golf and of special interest are the Can Marça caves, with an interior lake, stalagmites and stalactites.
Booking notes
50% of the total fee is to be paid to reserve the booking, the balance is to be paid on arrival. In case of cancellation the 50% will be lost. Also on arrival a deposit of 2000 Euros is required, in case of breakages or damages, this deposit is fully returnable at the end of your stay.
