Lovely villa for max 6 people (no children). Villa with furnished terrace, splendid rustic garden, private pool and panoramic views of Ibiza Town, the Mediterranean Sea and the island of Formentera. The swimming pool (9x5m) has Roman steps and a spacious sun terrace (175sqm) with Balinese wooden dining table seating 8 people. There is a sitting area under a large umbrella and 6 sun beds. The grounds of 3100 sq.m. are completely fenced in with an electrically operated gate. There are ample parking places. No children! Minimum age of all renters 28 years old. Changeover day
Changeover day is in principle on SATURDAY, but we may be flexible. Villa must be left at 10.00am, new arrivals enter villa at 2.00pm. There's a possibility to leave your bags, until the villa is available.

Sorry, no children! The owner lives on the property. Renters preferably over 28 years old. Gay friendly.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, the property is not wheelchair accessible. Many split levels, hills and rocks. (house lies on a hill). Near to motorway (Ctra San Antonio - Ibiza ) with bus stop to Ibiza town.
Outside
Around the swimming pool (9m x 5m) with Roman steps, lies a spacious sun terrace (175 sq.m.) with Balinese wooden dining table seating 8 people, a sitting area under a large umbrella, 6 sun beds. The grounds of 3100 sq.m. is completely fenced in and foreseen with an electric operated gate. Ample parking place.
Coast/Beach
Close to motorway ( Ctra Ibiza San Antonio) and bus stop to Ibiza Town (6 minutes)and San Antonio (10 minutes).
Golf
There is a beautiful golf course on Ibiza, 15 mins drive.
Special interest holidays
In the little village Sant Rafel you will find a bakery, a convenient store and a tobacco store.
(And nice restaurants..!)
Only 2 km from the house you will find 2 of the largest supermarkets of the island.
Travel
Car hire is absolutely essential!
Distances
Everything is nearby on Ibiza, the island is 20km x 40km.
You will need a car though.
