Prices are for the property per week, and per night, in UK Pounds. We welcome winter lets with discounts given for long stays.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible and can be arranged around flights. In busy periods the apartment is to be vacated by 11:00am on day of departure for cleaning purposes and accessed after 4:00pm - there may be some flexibility to this at other times.

Accessibility
The property has lift access from both the underground car park and ground floor main entrance to directly outside our apartments front door on the 3rd floor.
Outside
Landscaped gardens and patio areas surround the shared pool with shallow sectioned off children's pool. Pool is only available to the complex guests and residents. The exclusive roof sun terrace (with sun-loungers) enjoys wonderful pool and mountain views where you can soak up the all day sun in a private world of your own.
Coast/Beach
Cala Bona beach, which is a very safe swimming beach is very close to the apartment - 2 minutes walk. Cala Millor beach - 6 kilometres of golden sand is a 15 minute walk. The Harbour at Cala Bona - plenty of evening activity with an abundance of quality restaurants is a 10 minute stroll away.
Golf
There are several quality golf courses within a short drive of the apartment. 3 x 18 hole (Golf de Pula, Capdepera golf and Golf Canyamel), and 1 x 9 hole (Golf Son Servera).
Travel
Palma Airport is approximately 50 mins drive from the apartment on the new motorway link roads. Glass bottomed boats moor nearby which will ferry you along the coast. Bus stop for Palma and all local resorts is directly over the road to the rear of the apartment and a taxi rank nearby.

The family orientated resorts of Cala Bona and Cala Millor have been popular favorites of tourists for many years. Cala Bona being one of the most relaxing resorts on the island which still retains its traditional Majorcan character. With a picturesque harbour, sandy beaches, water sports and flat scenic walks all close by there is no shortage of things to occupy your days. Our apartment is in a quiet, peaceful location with the seafront, restaurants, supermarkets and chemists all within a 2 minute walk away. It offers a fantastic base to enjoy the resorts and explore this beautiful island.
Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is required when booking and balance 2 months prior to departure. A £100 refundable security deposit is also required with the final balance.
Guest comments
The standard of the accommodation and the complex itself, along with our love of Cala Bona made for a really enjoyable holiday. There's a lovely quiet and friendly atmosphere about the resort which appeals to us.
We really enjoyed our holiday it was fab, definitely the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The weather was lovely and unfortunately it came to an end too soon. I will definitely be contacting you again as we would love to go back next year or sooner finances permitting!
We really enjoyed our holiday and the apartment was lovely. Its position in the town was great, easy access to everything. Cala Bona is a lovely place and would recommend it, and your property to others. Although not to too many as we would like to return ourselves in the not too distant future!
We had a fabulous time in your apartment. It was beautifully clean & well equipped and is one of the best we have stayed in during the last few years.
