Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds for 2008. The price stated is for the villa and up to 6 people, a fold out bed is available for a 7th person if required at a cost of £45 per week. A cot is also available at an extra cost of £17 per week. Special offers: any available early june week now only £395 per week!!

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Monday, Friday or Saturday but this can be altered as long as it fits in with other bookings, There are occasionally odd duration stays available at special offer prices so please enquire about those if you can be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
This accommodation is very suitable for families, the gardens are private and enclosed and the villas are arranged all on one level and situated in a quiet residential street. There's a small area just about 5 minutes walk away where you have a choice of supermarkets, a few restauranst, play area etc.

The property has not been specifically adapted for wheelchair use but its all on one level with no steps in the property making it suitable for elderly/infirm guests.

Outside
Private garden and pool, simple poolside shower, Mediterranean plants, patio table and chairs, barbecue, outdoor furniture for 6. Private parking.

Coast/Beach
The villas are just a short walk from the rocky coastline where you can enjoy breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets. There's a sandy beach 1800m away, a local bus service runs to the beach regularly. and just a few minutes further on is another sandy beach with a choice of water sports. Bike hire is also popular in the resort as the area is totally flat.

Travel
Nearest airport Mahon is approx 45 kms from villa.
Nearest ferry port, Ciutadella is only a 15 mins drive.

Further details
Calan Bosch has become one of the most fashionable resorts on the island, set around two picturesque coves with a pretty yachting marina as the focal point. The fantastic sandy beach boasts an EC Blue Flag award, where you can try your hand at some of the water sports on offer. There are fishing expeditions, a diving school, boats for hire and trips along the south coast to remote little coves inaccessible by land.
There is a selection of shops for those last minute souvenirs, and a scattering of restaurants surrounding the charming marina, offering the ideal place to enjoy an evening meal as you watch the world go by. Finish off your evening with 'herbas dulces' - a delicious local liqueur made from aniseed and herbs, in one of the bars that line the water's edge.
Markets:
Mahón and Ciutadella have markets in the town centres, selling meat, fish, fruit and vegetables.
Ferreries holds a special open-air-market on Saturday mornings. Open-air-markets selling clothes and crafts visit all towns and villages in the mornings from Monday to Saturday

Alaior: Thursdays.
Es Mitjorn Gran: Wednesdays.
Ferrerias: Tuesdays & Fridays.
