Brand new(2005)luxury ground floor garden apartment with stunning features. It boasts a large west facing sunny terrace, with a private walled garden, lawned with an array of flowers and plants. Quality, brand new M&S furnishings throughout. The apartment has everything you need for a truly relaxing break. It has 2 bedrooms, en-suite bathroom to master, and 1 huge shower room, fully air conditioned. The private garden makes it perfect for families, as does the communal pool, children’s pool, sun beds and parasols, all in a secure landscape setting. There are 22 apartments in the complex ,which are never half occupied, even in peak season, so the pool area is never crowded. The beach is only 2 minutes walk. Fabulous for golfers too, with one of the best golf courses on the island at Camp de Mar only 5 mins drive. Also very popular for walkers- see info below.Paguera 10mins walk away is great for tennis. Cala Fornells is very peaceful and charming in so many ways, you will love it!

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Shorter breaks are available, prices start from £50 per night. We accept payment in sterling, euros, or you can also pay with your credit/debit card via Paypal (small fee applies) Please note, to cover the cleaning and laundry cost, we ask guests to leave 45 euros (around £30) in the apartment on your departure. Discounts are available for long winter lets.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible.As we know it is inconvenient especially if you have a late flight home,we will try not to ask you to leave the apartment by 10am on your day of departure, unless another guest is arriving immediately after you.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with king size bed, 2 double fitted wardrobe, dresser and 2 bedside tables.
Bedroom 2 with 1 single bed and 1 single bed overhead, double fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers. Travel cot.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom from bedroom 1, with bath/shower, basin, wc, heated towel rail.
Shower room opposite bedroom 2 with huge walk in shower, basin, wc, heated towel rail.
Both bathrooms are fully tiled floor to ceiling.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen including elec cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle. All brand new Bosch appliances.
Utility Room: Separate room from the kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, sun loungers, children's toys, bucket/spades galore fishing nets/rod, snorkelling masks etc.
Living Rooms: Open plan lounge/diner furnished to a very high standard, with 2 leather sofas (1 converts into a comfy double bed) dining table and 4 chairs. TV with Sky satellite-yes with CBeebies and all the soaps! DVD and CD player, speakers. Several board games.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Towels are included (not beach towels). If you require the apartment cleaned or linen changed during your stay, this can easily be arranged at an addiitonal cost.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is ideal for summer or winter stays as the unit has a heating or air conditioning setting. It sleeps 4/6 (with the very comfy double bed settee). Ideal for families and children as it is on the ground floor with a walled garden. No smoking or no pets please. We leave complimentary juice, milk and water for you when you arrive so you dont have to rush to the shop straight away-just relax!!

Outside
The patio area, accessed directly through the patio doors from the lounge is pure luxury. There is a table and four chairs so you can eat in true al fresco stlye. 2 conservatory chairs and a 3-seater sofa with matching side table, and a barbecue. The beautiful walled garden is lawned, with an array of lovely plants and flowers. It is great for the children to have a bit more space to play or for you to chill out with a beer in the late afternoon sun. The communal area has a separate children's and adult pool, with changing facilities, toilets and showers. Sun beds, parasols, table and chairs are provided by the pool area for you to use.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful cove is a mere 1 minute walk from the apartment, and the breathtaking sandy beach in front of Cala Fornells Hotel is a 3 minute walk. A 15 mins stroll through the pine forest takes you to small secluded stony cove of Cala d'es Monjo. The nearest big beach is Paguera which is a 10 minute walk. The wonderful Camp de Mar beach is a 5 minute drive or walking through the forest to get there in about 45mins is a must for the more adventurous - we've done it!!

Golf
Fantastic championship golf courses at Camp de Mar - only 5 minute drive, Andraxt 10 mins one way and Santa Ponsa 10 mins the other way.

Travel
Palma airport is 25 minute drive away. Taxi are widely available outside the airport and will cost around 45 euros.
We normally hire a car which is very reasonable, especially if you wish to explore the wonderful island.Please let me know if you require any recommendations for this.There is a bus stop a one minute walk from the apartment where buses run to close by resorts-Camp de Mar/Santa Ponsa. Or take a 5 mins walk to the bus stop in Peguera where you can catch a bus to Palma.

Distances
Cala Fornells has 2 wonderful hotels with restaurants. There are also 2 lovely restaurants and a handy shop-daily paper, milk,freshly made cakes/bread 5 minute walk from the apartment. For a busier atmosphere, Pageura with its supermarkets, chemists, banks, restaurants, childrens park is 2 mins drive or 10 mins walk. Port d' Andratx is 5 mins drive with its harbour,famous Wednesday market and lovely restaurants defintely worth a visit.Santa Ponsa is very lively and is only a 10 minute drive.

It truly is a wonderful place to go to and we have done everything to ensure the apartment allows you to have a fabulous holiday. Previous visitors have described it as ‘A Little Piece of Heaven on Earth’.
Mountain bikers will love Mallorca too, with its mountain scenery and unspolit woodland trails. The island, and the immediate area around Cala Fornells is also suited to Walkers and Hikers, surrounded by hills and accessible paths (the Tramuntana Mountains offer some of the finest walks in Europe). The popular route is from Cala Fornells to the Torre des Cap Andritxol, going through a lovely pine wood with spectacular views, especially at sunset. You can also arrange to go on many excursions in the municipalities of Calvià and Andratx, such as the famous walk to la Trapa or climb to the Puig Galatzó.
Paguera is only 10mins walk and offers notorious Tennis coaching clubs.
There are water parks in Palma Nova which is only 10 mins drive away. Palma is only 25 mins drive, where you can visit the famous cathedral and explore the history of an amazing city, it's also a shoppers paradise! You must drive up to Soller and Valldemossa for a stunning scenic day out, stumbling across real Spanish village life. We suggest you pick up a guide book such as 'The Rough Guide' to Mallorca which is full of great information and suggestions for things to see. We have lots of guides/maps available to you in the apartment which you are most welcome to use.

Please either call me or email me to discuss your booking.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking. The balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival, along with a refundable £200 security deposit. Note: Security deposits are refunded immediately, once the keys are returned and our agent has checked the apartment and contents for damage etc. Also,we ask that guests leave in the apartment 45 euros (around £30), to cover the cleaning and laundry costs.
