It is in "Las Terrazas" which is just a short walk to Portals Nous village where there are shops, a supermarket and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The marina also has its own wide selection of excellent restaurants, bars and boutiques. The beautiful sandy beaches are equally close and can be reached by private steps from Las Terrazas. From the apartment the views are absolutely stunning, looking out over the marina and out to the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is luxuriously furnished, fully air-conditioned and extremely well-equipped. It has a huge south-facing terrace with sun-loungers and a dining tabe from which the spectacular views can be enjoyed.

Las Terrazas boasts beautiful landscaped gardens and a very large tropical style pool. Sun loungers are provided for guests and there is direct access from the complex down to the marina and beach.

The beach of Portals Nous is sandy, the Mediterranean sea usually a stunning blue and they are reached via private steps that lead directly down from Las Terrazas in less than 5 minutes.
Golf
A dozen excellent golf courses are within a 20 minute drive from Portals Nous.
Travel
The nearest airport is Palma, just a 25 minute drive away. Taxis are readily available at around 30 Euros. Once in Portals Nous, a rental car would only be necessary for independent sightseeing or golfing trips.
