Private Swimming pool (5x8m) with a depth of 1,3 to 2m. Garden with Palm and Pine trees. Covered patio area with BBQ, stone table and seating, sunbeds, etc.
Coast/Beach
A 1 min walk to the golden sandy beach of Punta Prima with sunbed, parasol and pedalo hire. Other beaches, such as Binibeca are approx a 7 min drive away.
Golf
Golf 30 mins drive (Son Parc).
Travel
Mahon airport is 15 mins by car. Taxis are available from the outside the arrivals hall at the airport. There are buses, car hire is recommended in order to fully enjoy the island, but due to the villas proximity to resort ammenities, it is not essential.
Distances
The capital Mahon is 6km away for shopping, sight seeing and the beautiful Port of Mahon is well worth visiting. There is a regular bus service from Punta Prima to Mahon.
Further details
A 1 min walk from the villa finds a small selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The nearest town of Sant Lluis is a 5 min drive away, where a much larger supermarket is situated. Mahon is a further 5 min drive from Sant Lluis.
