The apartment is within walking distance of 2 secluded beaches where the locals go in the height of the summer, one bay has a small beach bar, Cala San Juan and Cala San Pere are unspoilt beaches with no hotels near by ideal for the family. 2km to the Port of Alcudia and 3km to the golf course. There is a local supermarket 1 minute walk(open in summer), the local bars are 5 minutes walk from the apartment(summer). If you want to unwind and enjoy the sea, sand and beaches this is an ideal family spot, no hustle or bustle just a peaceful location. A little bit of paradise in the corner of Alcudia

Outside
The large terrace has a wooden dining table and chairs, perfect to have your meal and sunbathing at the same time. With no buildings overlooking, or busy roads and traffic. No high rise block near by total privacy.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is situated 20 metres from the sea and 5 minute walk to the sandy beach. Within walking distance of 2 secluded bays, Cala San Juan and Cala San Pere. Port of Alcudia 5 minutes by car.
Golf
Alcanada golf course situated 3 km with 18 holes. Pollensa Golf course 10 miutes by car 18 holes.
Travel
Palma Airport 45km.
Distances
Alcudia old town and bullring, 600 metres. Roman Amphitheatre and Pollentia Roman Ruins, 5 minutes by car. Puerto Pollensa 10 minutes by car and Puerto Alcudia, 5 minutes by car. Lighthouse at Formentor 20 minutes by car.

Alcanada golf course, 18 holes 3km. Kite surfing and wind surfing available at Club Pollentia, 1km. Summer supermarket is 2 minutes walk away. Local banks and market in Alcudia old town.Please note the out of season the nearby hotels,bars and supermarket are closed.
