This apartment is situated in the pretty pedestrianised village of Cala Torret, yet with ample parking within 100m. Whilst not front line, the balcony has a sea view, with Binibeca beach just a 5 minute stroll away. Regular bus and land-train service to Punta Prima (further along the coast) and into the market town of Mahon. Just a mile along the beach lies the delightful village of Binibeca Vell - renowned for its traditional architecture and boutiques. Car and bicycle hire is available on the complex and the Diving School is situated 300m away. There are a selection of excellent restaurants and bistros in the vicinity, yet these do not encroach on the peace and quiet of the area. The beach bar serves everything from drinks and ice cream to lunches.

Changeover day
Preferably Monday but flexibility allowed provided other bookings are not affected. The apartment will be ready for you to occupy by 2pm on the day of arrival. We do ask you to vacate by 10am on the day of departure, to allow time for cleaning.

Notes on accommodation
There is a small flight of steps leading up to this first floor apartment. Room fans and TV/DVD are available to rent at a nominal additional fee. Additional photographs of the apartment and local beach are available on request.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful blue flag beach of Binibeca is one of the prettiest on the island. There is a fully stocked bar open all through the season, serving everything from coffees and drinks, to ice cream and lunches. There are sunbeds and parasols available to hire. Clean toilet facilities.
Travel
Mahon airport is a 20 minute drive away. Car hire is not necessary, although recommended to explore this delightful island.
Distances
The picturesque city of Mahon with its boutiques, gift shops and wonderful natural harbour is a 20 minute drive. Menorca is a small island and Ciutadella, situated at the opposite end, is an hour by car.
Further details
Menorca is still a relatively unspoilt island whilst still managing to provide all the requirements for holiday makers. English is spoken in all the resort areas but an attempt at Spanish is always appreciated. You can learn to scuba dive in Cala Torret, play golf at Son Parc (20 mins drive) or catch the road train to the nearby towns of Binibeca and Punta Prima. There is a wonderful selection of unspoilt beaches to explore on the island for those wanting to get away from it all and just relax.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 for the first week, and £50 for each additional week, is required at the time of booking. A reservation will be held for 5 days pending receipt of the same. The balance of payment is due in full 6 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
