It is down a unasphalted road 1 km from Deia which passes through terraces of ancient olive trees and enjoys breathtaking views of the rocky coast and sea below from the large secluded terraces. A footpath leads down to the picturesque rocky cove of Deia beach. The main house is very tastefully furnished in modern style. On the ground floor there is a very light sitting room, open plan dining kitchen area with dining table and doors to the terrace. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with doors to the wooden veranda overlooking the sea. There is a separate and private Casita in the garden which has a double bedroom with en suit bathroom and private terrace. This house is the ideal tranquil and romantic hideaway.

The house has central heating and is very comfortable even in the cold months.
Accessibility
The house is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

There are two furnished terraces overlooking the sea. The wooden veranda is providing unspoilt views of the sea and rocky coast.

There is a footpath leading down to the Cala Deia, a nice rocky beach with 2 restaurants.
Golf
The nearest golf course is 20 minutes by car.
Travel
The nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca and is approx 35km away. The nearest major port is also in Palma. Car hire is recommended.

Deia is a 5 mins drive away, Soller and Valldemossa about 15 mins.

Deia offers a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and galleries.

The booking deposit is non-returnable.
As the house is difficult to find we meet the clients and take them to the house until 6 pm (18:00) after that time in winter it is not possible to check in, in summer only at an extra fee!
