Landscaped gardens house 4 excellent sized swimming pools that are shared only with other residents. This area is maintained daily by staff. The apartments are situated in a private close that is attended by a 24 hour security service. There is also extensive parking should you require it.

Only 5 minutes drive to the quaint secluded beach of Illetas the wonderful Puerto Portals with luxuiry yachts, boutiques and numerous fine dining restaurants and cafe's. Palma Nova is a mere 7 minutes drive where you will find a fabulous beach & plenty of activities for the family.

Travel

Palma city is only 10 minutes by car where you will find the beautiful cathedral, nearby is the old town 'La Lonja' with its high walled streets meandering past lively traditional tapas restaurants.

Just a few minutes walk from the apartment is Bendinat Plaza. You will find a well stocked supermarket and newsagent, the fantastic De Benedetto Italian restaurant.

Payments are accepted in either pound sterling or euros please contact advertiser for current rates of exchange. A deposit of 30% is payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. For late bookings payment is generally made in full.

‘My new husband and I visited in April to spend a week relaxing after our wedding. We were so impressed even from walking into the apartment what with the marble floors and chic open plan lounge area leading onto a balcony with the most wonderful views. We spent most evenings drinking sangria in nearby Illetas or relaxing on the terrace. We highly recommend the position and quality of this accommodation and will definitely be back soon'.
