A superb quality villa, fully equipped with satellite TV/Spanish TV, DVD, broadband access and air-conditioning throughout. All bedrooms are en-suite. Built on one level, including the outside terrace, with only a couple of steps up from the drive, it is particularly suitable for children or people with mobility problems. The property is fully enclosed by fencing and electronic gates.

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and also has ceilings fans in all bedrooms.
Accessibility
The villa and terrace are built on one level with only a couple of steps up from the drive.
Outside
The villa is set in 1200 sq.m. of land in an elevated position. There is an impressive kidney shaped overflow swimming pool. Ample sunbathing terraces with reclining sunbeds and table and chairs, ideal for outside dining. There is also a private barbacue area to the rear of the property.

5 minutes walk to the cove of Binidali.

20 mins drive to Golf Son Parc
Travel
Mahon airport is 5 mins by car or taxi. Car hire is essential to explore this wonderful island and its many beaches.
Distances
The charming town of St Climente is a 5 min drive away with shops, bars, restaurants and banks and the capital Mahon is a 10 minute drive away.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit (non-refundable) is required at the time of booking and the balance plus £250 breakage/damage deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Prices are negotiable dependant on the level of occupany (excluding July and August).
