The house is semi-detached, with private terrace, garden and pool. It has a separate self-contained studio apartment, great if some of your party require more privacy. Situated a few minutes from the beach. It has a lovely view over the countryside, there is also a sea view with a spectacular sunset view from terrace and garden in the summer months. There are good walks minutes from your door with views of Es Vedra. Wi-fi is available on request.

Prices are for the property per week in euros. Please note we offer 5% discount for any booking 2 weeks and over. We can be flexible with changeover day in low season please ask.

Coast/Beach
2 mins drive or 10 mins walk downhill to Beach. The beach is a blue flag beach, with loungers and plenty of shade, there are many restaurants and shops. The house is also close to Cala Carbo and Cala d'Hort famous for Es Vedra.
Golf
Roca Lisa Golf Course 30 minutes drive.
Special interest holidays
Scuba diving school on beach, snorkelling, mountain biking or walking.
Travel
25 mins drive to airport. Car hire not essential but highly recommended, the walk back from the beach is 10/15min uphill and the nearest shop is about a 15 min walk.
Distances
10 mins to San Josep, 25 Ibiza Town, 20 mins San Antonio all by car. There is a local Spar supermarket 3 mins drive from house or 15 minute walk.

Booking notes
We require 20% booking deposit by electronic transfer and 60 days prior to arrival a further 30%. The final 50% can be paid in cash on arrival. We also require a fully refundable holding deposit of 500 euro, or 400 sterling this will be refunded 1 week after departure providing there are no damages or breakages to the house and it's contents.

'Enjoyed a lovely relaxing holiday in the villa at San Jose. Gorgeous spot with a lovely view of both the surrounding countryside and coastline. Ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday with plenty of small bars to frequent in the beautiful bay. The numerous shower rooms meant no queuing on a morning. The terrace was large enough for a crowd wanting to eat in the evening or do a spot of sunbathing in the afternoon. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and is perfect for those wanting to get away from the crowds however bear in mind that for those wanting a more lively holiday the towns of Ibiza and San Antonio are only 20 minutes away in the car.
