Changeover day
Fridays are the only day for changeovers. On day of arrival villa will be ready by 2pm. On day of departure villa to be vacated no later than 10am. Please note this is not negotiable.

Outside pool area offers ample sun loungers, chairs, tables and parasol, with a large BBQ area to enjoy a meal under the stars, plus the pool offers lighting to enable holiday makers to enjoy a swim during the evening.
Coast/Beach
Cala'n Porter beach is situated 5 mins walk or you can take the local fun train which has various pick up and drop off points. The beach offers sun beds, pedalos and various bars and restaurants.
Golf
Son Parc golf course is situated 35 minutes by car.
Travel
Mahon airport is situated 15 mins by car or taxi. The approx cost of a taxi being 20 euros taking 4 people.
Distances
Cala'n Porter to Mahon Town and Port 20 mins by car. Cala'n Porter to Alaior 15 mins by car. Cala'n Porter to Ciutadell (old capital) 25 mins by car.
Booking notes
20% deposit required on all bookings. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. All payments to be made on sterling cheques and made payable to Mrs. L. Tucker. Please note that any guests arriving that have not been mentioned on the booking form will be subject to a 100 Euro supplement payable to our caretakers on day of arrival. Bookings will not be accepted from parties where the group are below the age of 25.
