The interior is bright and simply designed with traditional white washed walls and tiled floors throughout, complimented by a beamed ceiling in beautiful Spanish wood. There is an indoor dining area and separate kitchen. The villa is situated off the road in a quiet location yet within easy walking distance of all the resorts attractions. It is approximately 10 minutes by car from Mahon airport, and 15 minutes from Mahon main town. The accommodation comprises of a master double room with en suite, two twin rooms and a family bathroom. There is also air conditioning. Outside, the sun terrace comes complete with ample patio furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. All holidays begin and end on Fridays and the villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on date of departure.

Changeover day
Changeover days are Friday. The villa is to be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure. Access to the villa on arrival is usually from 4 pm.

Outside
This detached property is surrounded by sun terrace with ample sun loungers for all. It has an outside dining area and umbrella providing shade and BBQ. The pool is private.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated a ten minute walk from one of the best beaches in Menorca, being the sandy bay of Cala en Porter. An ideal beach for young children and families.
Travel
Mahon airport is located a ten minute drive from the villa. Driving is easy and enjoyable, with many attractions on the island a short car journey away. Local taxi's charge around 20 euros from the airport to the villa. (Cala en Porter is not on the flight path, and planes do not fly directly over the resort.)
Distances
The local shops, bars and restaurants are a five minute walk away. The island is only 30 miles long and 12 miles across at its widest point. Mahon, the capital, is a short drive of 15 minutes away and there is a bus service from Cala en Porter for non-drivers.

Please ring for availability. A deposit of half the cost of the holiday is required upon booking and this is non refundable. The balance of the holiday is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
