This villa is a terrific deal for groups of up to 10 and the apartments for 1 to 4. Unlike other villas, which are mostly in rural locations, or out of Town, this one's right in Ibiza Town so you don't need to hire a car, or two, to get about. All in Town is around you - the beach is only a minute away! Electric fans are provided and timed heating/air conditioning to the ground floor duplex which contains the main kitchen, fully-fitted with washing-machine, fan oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The lounge has a 47" digital-satellite LCD TV and DVD. There are 4 satellite TVs in the villa. The garden-terrace has table and chairs for communal eating-out. A high wall and foliage screens and gives good privacy from neighbours and street with the entrance through a locked door in the garden wall. From the roof-terrace, are views over the sea and beyond Town to hills and country, with sun-loungers and parasols on 3 terraces. The studio and 1-bed apartments can be booked individually.

Notes on prices
Bookings are confirmed on payment. Full payment required if booking within 12 weeks of departure. Otherwise, a 25% deposit and balance + security, keys, breakages deposit (refundable, subject to no damage or breakages and prompt return of all keys) @ £25 per person - all payable by 9 weeks before. Prices are for the villa sleeping 8. Add 5% per person for 9th and 10th person!
Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible. Check-in: normally after 4pm; check-out: by midday. For odd durations, calculate the daily rate pro-rata from the weekly rates. Likewise when booking over 2 price bands. Minimum payment is for 5 nights for 4 nights or less.

The villa-apartments provide the ideal Ibiza holiday location for those of you looking for a great place to stay in Ibiza Town. It combines a terrific, convenient location in Town with the superb convenience of a nice sandy beach only a minute's walk away. The villa-apartments are a good holiday base with accommodation suited for individuals, couples and groups of friends. Air-conditioning (if you want to use it) is provided for the ground and first floor duplex apartment of the villa where previously only room fans existed and were adequate. Fans are provided throughout the building. Exterior steps access the studio and top apartment within the villa. The villa is unsuitable for children because of the open design of staircases and balcony-terraces. Individuals, couples and small groups can book just one or two of the three apartments that comprise the villa.

Accessibility
Parking's free in the street. Unfortunately, the villa is totally unsuitable for those disabled requiring a wheelchair or those who find stairs very difficult, because of the many open stairs, steps and balconies. Exterior steps access the studio and top one-bedroomed apartment. Bathroom facilities start on the first floor. Outside the villa, from the street, there are steps down to the beach and to the shops, with a handrail. The pavements are also quite narrow in the street.
Outside
There are flower beds, borders and foliage in a typical Mediterranean town-house garden setting, with palms and cactii. There are terraces at each of the 4 levels. The roof-terrace, which is not overlooked and from which there are nice views to the sea and over the Town to hills and mountainous landscape beyond, has cushioned seating, a table and reclining sun-loungers - as well as a parasol. The studio has a nice terrace in a garden setting - again with table, recliner chairs and parasol. There is a small barbecue for use at ground-level where there is a large table with chairs beneath a parasol + bourgainvillea which provides a pleasant, shady area for socialising, drinks and 'al fresco' eating out in the garden. There is no on-site swimming pool but it's possible to use a very nice one - with a bar, behind the villa 2-minutes-or-so away + the sandy beach, bars and restaurants are only a minute's walk away! So, you will be staying in a great location and it is an ideal holiday base.
Coast/Beach
The Villa is located only a minute's walk from the sandy Figueretas beach in Ibiza Town with a palm-lined pretty promenade following the shape of the bay and with a plethora of cafes, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. There's a little nudist beach, 5 minutes walk away, accessed by a little cliff-side path. The Salinas and Es Cavallet nudist beaches are a quick taxi or 20-minute bus-ride out of town. The beaches here, have some stunningly-located and stylish bar-restaurants.
Golf
There is a good golf course 10km away, where you can hire equipment thereby avoiding the hassle of taking your own on holiday. This is a good amenity for those with a golfing interest and is a popular activity during the winter months. If there are 1-4 of you, the economical option is to rent an apartment within the villa during the winter months, at very good rates for your golfing-based winter break in Ibiza Town. If you are alone, or a couple, then the studio apartment is a very economical option. Or, you could opt for a winter long-stay (minimum of 2 months) for golfing, escaping the British/Northern European Winter, relaxing - away from it all, exploring aspects of Ibiza that the summer holiday tourists rarely show an interest in, even writing that book you've been aiming for, or whatever, or any combination of these options and get an overall rental discount of 25% on the stated prices.

Walking tours... in and around Ibiza Town, and lots of countryside treats that many tourists miss!
Historical and cultural explorations... principally exploring the thousand-odd years of history exemplified by the world heritage sites such as the Old Town walls of D'Alt Vila in Ibiza Town.
Wining and dining... sampling the delights of a variety of gourmet-styled restaurants including those specialising in the local Ibizencan traditions and contemporary Catalan style as well as mainstream Spanish, including typical tapas.
It's envisaged that these options may be particularly appealing to guests opting to visit during the winter from November to April. Guests will be unaccompanied so thereby able to dip in and out of the suggested itineraries at will.
Travel
Exceptionally for Ibiza, unlike almost all other villas on the island, which are out in the countryside, or more than an easy walking distance from Ibiza Town, such as Talamanca, the Marina Botafoch and Playa d'en Bossa, where hire-cars are essential for getting around, car hire is neither essential or particularly recommended for stays at this villa in Ibiza Town, avoiding the parking hassles: everything is within walking distance! When you may want to leave the Town, there are taxis and buses.
Distances
By staying in this villa you're cutting out loads of journeys because just about everything is in Ibiza Town! The airport's only 6km away (10-minutes or so by taxi) or buses every 20 minutes in summer and the port is a 10 minute walk. Although Ibiza offers lots more, for clubbing in the discos out-of-town a quick taxi ride, or night buses are available but Pacha and El Divino are on the opposite side of the harbour, so can be walked to, or a quick taxi; similarly with Space in Playa d'en Bossa.
Further details
This villa enjoys all the exceptional advantages of the amenities within the vibrant capital city of the island. Whilst the capital, it is human-scale enough to be able to walk right across in 20 minutes or so.. so not a huge place but it offers all the amenities and advantages which come with a city - fantastic shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife. There's a fantastic choice of shops... local traders and major names like Zara for great-value clothing and shoes, delis for the Spanish cheeses, patés, hams, exceptional bread and cakes.. supermarkets, and the market close-by for amazing choices of fresh fish, meat and other Spanish goodies. Ibiza Town has a fantastic choice of restaurants for all budgets and tastes within a few minutes on foot + legendary bars and nightlife options - all just minutes away. Everything in cosmopolitan and fashionable Ibiza Town is walkable to. Upon booking this villa, you receive a guide to restaurants from the simple but delightful and delightfully cheap tapas places to wonderful, recommended gourmet-styled restaurants that are not outrageously expensive either.
Although IBIZA is world-famous as a summer holiday paradise island in the sun, it should be noted that Ibiza Town has a buzz and energy to it all-year-round. This makes it a great place to 'escape to' in the winter months from November to April. An added bonus is that you could find warm sunshine, like the Canaries, in contrast to British winter weather... although that can't be guaranteed every single day! On the sheltered terraces of this villa you could top-up your tan! Museums, art galleries, churches, the cathedral, with walks around Town and strolls through the historic streets around the harbour and up into the Old Town through the medieval walls give you lots to keep you 'busy' plus a good network of buses can take you to other delightful parts of the island for sightseeing and walking.
