This villa is a terrific deal for groups of up to 10. Unlike almost all other Ibiza villas, which are mostly in rural locations, or out of town, this one's right in Ibiza Town and you don't need to hire a car, or two, to get around. Everything in town is within easy walking distance with the nearest beach only a minute away! Electric fans are provided and timed heating / air conditioning to the ground floor duplex which contains the main kitchen, fully-fitted with washing-machine, fan oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. There's plasma satellite TV in a bedroom. There's a large table + chairs in the garden terrace for communal eating-out. A high wall and foliage screens and gives good privacy from neighbours and street with the entrance through a locked door in the garden wall. From the sunbathing terraces and the roof-terrace, are views over the sea and beyond Town to hills and country. There are sun-loungers and parasols on 2 other terraces. 1-bed apartments can be booked, too.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the VILLA per 7 nights, in UK pounds. Minimum rental rate @ 4 days calculated pro-rata on the weekly rate.
Ocasionally, it's possible to rent only 1 or 2 apartments within the Villa -1-bed apartments sleep 2-4 (shown as APT in price list above : studio sleeps 1 or 2 (possible availability of an apartment is indicated by 'unknown' or 'available' in the availability calendar).
A 25% reduction from 1st Nov to 31st March on these prices for a long-stay (minimum of 2 months)!

Changeover day
Changeover day: Saturday, but this is flexible. Check-in: normally after 4pm; check-out: by midday.
For odd durations, calculate the daily rate pro-rata... likewise when booking over 2 price bands. Minimum payment is for 4 nights for 3 nights or less.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedrooms have double beds - one has another double sofabed + TV (terrestial /digital Spanish, + satellite - mainly news) The Studio has a double bed + satellite TV.
1 lounge has a double sofa-bed, and another has a double sofa-bed + a single bed-seat.
Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, one in each of the 3 apartments which comprise this villa.
Each bathroom has a wash-basin + shower (both h&c) + wc.
In total, there are 6 double beds (2 are sofa-beds in lounges, 1 lounge with 1 single bed too.)
Kitchen: The ground-floor kitchen is fully-fitted - with gas hob, fan-assisted electric oven, fridge-freezer, washing-machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle + ample cutlery, crockery and glassware.
There are 2 additional equipped kitchens (1 in the Studio).
Utility Room: There is no separate utility room but there is a second washing machine within the self-contained studio apartment which forms part of the villa: with separate bathroom, kitchenette + fridge + cooking facilities, double bed + satellite TV and a terrace.
Living Rooms: The ground-floor lounge-kitchen-dining area is open-plan with dining table and chairs...and a double sofa-bed. The ground-floor garden-terrace area forms the summertime extension to the lounge and dining area. There is a satellite TV in the studio.
Other: The 2 one-bedroomed duplex apartments have a curving staircase to the upper level. The Studio has no views but a nice adjacent terrace in a typical garden setting. The top apartment enjoys good views and is bright, white, and airy with large patio doors.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and bedlinen are included but not beach towels. Minimum maid service is normally weekly. For privacy, the maid will normally only enter if asked, except on Saturday / changeovers and to access the 2 washing machines.

Notes on accommodation
New air-con is provided for the ground and first floors where previously only room fans existed and were adequate. The heating (only necessary in the winter months!) and air-conditioning (if you want to use it) is timed to cut out during the afternoon and by night. Fans are provided throughout.
Exterior steps access the studio and top apartment within the villa.
The villa is unsuitable for children because of the open design of staircases and balcony-terraces.
On occasion, it may be possible for individuals, couples and small groups to book just one or two of the three apartments that comprise the villa. Normally this option is rarely available from June through to the end of September but where the booking calendar shows 'unknown'... this could indicate that one or two of the apartments within the villa has been booked for the period indicated so please look at the availability calendar and then feel free to enquire within such 'unknown' / available dates.

Accessibility
Parking's free in the street. Unfortunately, the villa's totally unsuitable for those disabled requiring a wheelchair or those who find stairs very difficult, because of the many open stairs, steps and balconies. Exterior steps access the studio and top apartment - and access to bathrooms necessitate the use of stairs. Outside the villa, from the street, there are lots of steps down to the beach and to the shops and there are no handrails, either. Pavements are also very narrow in the street.

Outside
There are flower beds, borders and foliage in a typical Mediterranean town-house garden setting, with palms and cactii. There are terraces at each of the 4 levels. The roof-terrace, which is not overlooked and from which there are nice views to the sea and over the town to hills and mountainous landscape beyond, has cushioned seating, a table and reclining sun-loungers - as well as a parasol. The studio has a nice terrace in a garden setting - again with table, recliner chairs and parasol. There is a small barbeque for use at ground-level where there is a large table with chairs beneath a bourgainvillea which provides a pleasant, shady area for socialising, drinks and 'al fresco' eating out in the garden. There is no on-site swimming pool but it's possible to use a very nice one - with a bar, behind the villa 2-minutes-or-so away + the sandy beach, bars and restaurants are only a minute's walk away! So, you will be staying in a great location and it is an ideal holiday base.

Coast/Beach
The Villa is located only a minute's walk from the sandy Figueretas beach in Ibiza Town and there is a little nudist beach, 5 minutes walk away, accessed by a little cliff-side steep path. The Salinas and Es Cavallet nudist beaches are a quick taxi or 20-minute bus-ride out of town. The beaches have some stunningly-located and stylish bar-restaurants.

Travel
Exceptionally for Ibiza, unlike almost all other villas on the island... which are out in the countryside, or more than an easy walking distance from Ibiza Town...such as Talamanca and Marina Botafoch where hire-cars are essential for getting around, car hire is neither essential or particularly recommended for stays at this villa which is located right in Ibiza Town: everything is within walking distance! When you may want to leave the Town, there are taxis and buses.

Distances
By staying in this villa you're cutting out loads of journeys you'd need to make, because just about everything's in Ibiza Town!
The airport's only 6km away (10-minutes or so by taxi) or buses on the half-hour in summer... and the port is a 10 minute walk.
For clubbing in the discos out-of-town a quick taxi ride, or night buses are available but Pacha, El Divino, and Heaven are on the opposite side of the harbour, so can be walked to, or a quick taxi; similarly with Space in Playa d'en Bossa.

Further details
This villa enjoys all the exceptional advantages of the amenities within the cosmopolitan and vibrant capital city of the island. Whilst it is the capital, it is human-scale enough to be able to walk right across it in 20 minutes or so... it is not a huge place but it offers all the amenities and advantages which come with a city in terms of fantastic shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife. Within minutes, one can enjoy a truly fantastic choice of shops...including great-value clothing and shoe shops, delicatessens for the full spread of Spanish cheeses, patés, hams and the like, exceptional bread and cake shops.. and there are supermarkets, too, close-by... and the market has the most amazing choice of fish, meat and other Spanish goodies but you have to be there in the morning (less than 5 minutes walk away). Ibiza Town has a fantastic choice of restaurants for all budgets and tastes within a few minutes on foot + legendary bars and nightlife options - all just minutes away. Everything in cosmopolitan and fashionable Ibiza Town is walkable to. Upon booking this villa, you receive a guide to restaurants from the simple but delightful and delightfully cheap tapas places to wonderful, recommended gourmet-styled restaurants that are not outrageously expensive either.

BOOKINGS aren't confirmed until payment is RECEIVED; only then do you get a confirmation. Full payment required if booking within 12 weeks of departure.
