The villa has air-conditioning throughout. The 4th & 5th Bedrooms are located next to the sauna room which is separate from the main villa and accessed via a stairway.

Outside
Outside is a superb al fresco eating area which is covered and has large farmhouse table, settees, sink, bbq and food preparation area overlooking the pool. The sauna room is located at the side of the garage and has a WC and Shower room.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 5 mins from the villa and is a small sandy cove with turquoise waters, sunbeds are available for hire.
Travel
Palma Airport is 45 mins from Cala Dor. Car hire is not essential as beaches, shops and restaurants are 5 mins away.
Further details
The wonderful Cala Dor Marina is 10 mins walk with an abundance of superb restaurants and boats.
