Detached villa in quiet location. Large plot with private pool (8m x 4m), roof terrace, large barbecue area and covered patio. Completely refurbished for 2006. At the end of a private drive. 15 minutes walk to the beach. It is a steep hill, but there is a road train that goes straight past the villa. The driver will often drop you off outside the villa if you ask. Cala'n Porter has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. One of the supermarkets will deliver shopping for free. There is a cash machine and a pharmacist in the centre of the resort, by the square. Many of the bars provide evening entertainment such as pub quizzes and tribute singers. The capital Mahon is around 30 minutes drive. The old captial of Ciutadella is around 45 minutes drive.

Travel
Nearest airport is Mahon (MAH) and is about 20 minutes drive. A taxi will be about 20 Euros for 4 passengers. Flights are around 2 1/2 hours from the UK. There are regular buses to the capital Mahon where connections can be made to other resorts. But car hire is recommended for exploring the island.

Booking notes
20% deposit for booking. Payment via UK cheque or via PayPal/Credit card (subject to a fee of 3.4%). Keys will be posted first class one week before departure £50 breakages deposit will be returned on receipt of keys.
