Notes on accommodation
Although there is no lift the exceptionally wide easy rising staircase is very manageable. We request no smoking inside the apartment.

Outside
The apartment building is well set back from the quiet road and stands in its own well maintained gardens. One of Pine Walk's many small coves is just 100 yards away and there is ample private parking beneath the building.

There are a large choice of beaches within easy reach, the closest is 100 yards from the apartment.
Golf
There are two golf courses within 12 kilometeres.
Travel
Fly into Palma airport and with the advent of the new motorway link travelling time to Puerto Pollensa has been cut to 40 minutes. A car is always beneficial for exploring the island, but not necessary to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday. Airport pick-up and transfer service. Our English driver will meet you at Palma airport, drive you to and show you over your apartment, have your keys and arrange a time to collect you for your return trip. Please ask for full details.

There are two local shops and several excellent restaurants within 5 minutes walk and the town centre a further ten minutes away by foot.

My wife and family have lived in Puerto Pollensa for over ten years and have slowly built up a small personal letting business specialising in well equipped apartments in the resort. We know that it's important to clients that we are on hand and we meet every arrival individually and again see them off, returning their deposit in person, on the day they leave.

Puerto Pollensa is a peaceful family resort and the world class Pine Walk is a stunning feature of 'The Port'. To own a home here is an aspiration shared by many, but until that day any can rent and enjoy our beautiful bay.
