Tastefully refurbished villa set on pine clad slopes in the picturesque location of Cala Llamp having stunning sea views west to Ibiza and within walking distance of Port d'Andraitx. The entire villa has air conditioning and central heating. It is also has an open fireplace. All rooms have sea views. Port d'Andraitx is the luxury resort in the south west corner of Mallorca. There is a fishing fleet in the harbour plus a fine marina with numerous bars and restaurants. Port d'Andraitx has a supermarket, paper shop, bakeries, banks and everything required by holiday folk. Excellent snorkelling is to be found in Cala Llamp bay.

Notes on prices
Due to cancellation, fantastic opportunity, our villa is available for the period 14 May - 14 June 08, at a greatly reduced price of £960 per week, giving a 40% reduction on original price. Prices are in UK pounds sterling.
Changeover day
Changeover is usually Saturday, but other days are possible by arrangement. We guarantee occupancy 2pm, vacating by 10am.

Outside
The villa has three terraces for outdoor living. The lounge terrace overlooks the garden terrace and leads down to the private swimming pool. There are sun loungers, deck furniture, sun shades, pool apartment and barbecue.
Coast/Beach
Beaches too numerous to list but for unspoilt sand, sea and understated sea front shops try Paguera. Excellent snorkelling is to be found from Cala Llamp Bay. The hills and mountains offer wonderful walks of all gradients within the National Parkland immediately behind Eagle View. Neighbouring Camp de Mar has the beautiful tranquility of a private resort. Fantastic cliff top views to the sweeping sandy beaches of the south and east.
Golf
For golfers there are numerous top class, challenging courses within 15/20 minutes drive time.
Travel
Cala Llamp is found immediately south and next to Port d'Andraitx, 35/45 maximum drive time from Palma Airport.
Car hire is recommended and is reasonably priced. Can easily be picked up at Palma Airport.
Distances
If driving, Port d'Andraitx is 5 minutes away and it is 10 minutes to Portals Nous.
Further details
Port d'Andraitx has a supermarket, paper shop, bakeries, banks and everything required by holiday folk. Excellent snorkelling is to be found in Cala Llamp bay. There is a fishing fleet in the harbour plus a fine marina with numerous restaurants and bars. A good base for watersport or for people watching.
Booking notes
We ask a £500 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remainder to be paid eight weeks before start of the holiday.
