Monday arrival day. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds including heated Jacuzzi. Air conditioning £25 per unit (1 in master bedroom, 1 in lounge). Cot £20. Highchair £20. Extra bedroom en suite available at £95 per week 4 poster, used as maximum capacity of 6 persons only. Security deposit box available, food pack available. All remaining 2008 weeks reduced. Bookings now being taken for 2009 early bird price.

Changeover day
Monday changeover day. Arrival at villa if not previously arranged is 2pm and departure is 10am.

Notes on accommodation
The owners of San Antonio personally welcome all guests to the villa with champagne and chocolates upon arrival, they live on the island all year round and take great pride in the preparation and presentation of the villa ensuring that all services and cleanliness are of the highest standard. The personal service and quality of accommodation is excellent and if in the unlikely event that one of the guests may be poorly they are available 24 hours a day to assist giving total peace of mind. The supermarkets shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance to the villa and are open menorquian times, there is also a delightful larger supermarket only 5 mins by car away from the villa open all year round. Air conditioning available at extra cost of £25 per week per unit, there are two units, one in master bedroom and one in lounge, which adequately cool the whole villa. Fantastic facilities for children.

Outside
San Antonio is a sun worshipper’s paradise, the south facing terraces enjoy the sun all day long until it sets over the Mediterranean sea. The elevated terrace which is accessible from the lounge is truly breathtaking, and is the perfect place to enjoy alfresco dining while watching the cruise ships sail by. Steps lead down to the sun terrace where an inviting roman style swimming pool awaits you, with integral steps and nightlight. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and a brick built barbecue and tropical potted plants make this a very special and relaxing place to sit back and unwind whilst enjoying the Menorquian sunshine. Discreetly located around the side of the villa is a wonderful children’s private play park. The luxury heated jacuzzi spa is the perfect way to unwind, enjoying the bubbles and therapy of the warm waters that surround you. bliss! The lovely arched shaded terrace with wicker seating is perfect for watching your family have fun in the pool while enjoying a cool drink.

Coast/Beach
9 mins walk to beach ,5 mins walk to all the resort facilities, shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and Binibeca old village, beautiful white sandy beach of Binibeca with safe shallow bathing for children has a lovely rustic beachbar where you can sit relax and enjoy a cool drink while feeling the warm sand beneath your feet. Pure bliss.

Golf
Son Park 18 hole golf course is approx 45 mins away from the villa by car and offers professional tuition, buggy and club hire, driving range and a lovely bar and restaurant to relax after a game of golf.

Travel
Menorca airport 30 mins, Port of Mahon 20 mins, car hire not essential.

Distances
5 mins to all resort facilities and beach, Mahon the capital is 20mins away and the Port of Mahon is 20 mins away.

Further details
Binibeca fishing village which is very famous on the island and is only 8 mins from the villa which includes restaurants, cafes, bars and souvenir shops. The port of Mahon is 15 mins by car with its fabulous maritime life harbourside restaurants, cafes, bars and designer shops. Take a stroll along the quay side and marvel at the multi million pound super yachts, well worth a visit. San Lluis is 8 mins away by car. There is a little train running between Binibeca and Punta Prima which is really useful if you do not hire a car, during the summer months. Upon arrival at San Antonio you will find two guests large information books these have been meticulously prepared by the owners with all the possible information that you could require about the villa, its facilities, its location, Binibeca Vell, shops restaurants, best beaches and places of interest for the whole family. The second book is full of information with regards to sporting and childrens activities which has been designed to cater for our younger guest and young at heart, including everything that is available to keep the entire family entertained and also includes indoor activities available.

Booking notes
To book San Antonio is very easy, once you have confirmed that your holiday dates are available, a booking form will be sent to you via email to complete. A 25% deposit is payable by English cheque or direct payment into a UK bank at the time of booking, and the remainder is required 8 weeks before your holiday start date. We do ask for a £200 security deposit which will be returned to you.
