Accommodation

Notes on accommodation
Room fans are provided for cool air in the hot weather. Air conditioning if preferred. The terrace garden has several stairs for access via the pool area but the main door is on ground floor level. The complex is located on higher ground and the access road is uphill, so car rental would be convenient and recommended for travel ease, but the taxi service is an excellent alternative and inexpensive. This is a non smoking property.

Outside
Private terrace garden with some pot plants. Dining table. Beautiful landscaped gardens in the complex with front line view overlooking the pool area and Bendinat 1 golf. The complex is maintained to a very high standard which is looked after on site on a daily basis. An evening stroll in the gardens is a must.

Coast/Beach
Close to a small beach that has a fantastic Spanish style cafe and safe swimming. Next resort if Illetas, 5 minuets to walk large clean safe beach with several beach bars and cafes. The luxury Puerto Portals is only 5 minuets drive away, fine beach, the best choice for eating from five star dining to snack bars while looking at the prestige yachts in the port and many fashion boutiques. Palma Nova the Tourist holiday hot spot is just 7 minutes drive away, here is a superb beach.

Golf
The apartment is on the luxury Royal Bendinat Golf course, situated approx 7km to the west of Palma. The view from our terrace looks to the 2nd green. The office for booking games is very close by, the club provides excellent facilities. The greens have spectacular views plus a network of buggy paths for convenience. Lots of tournaments take place during the year including ‘Celebrity Charity Games’.

Travel
Palma airport is 20 minuets away by road. Car hire is available there or locally, taxi fare from the airport approx 20 euros. Car hire is recommended to enjoy the whole of the island - there is so much to enjoy and see. We have a contact for car hire if you require, it can be arranged that a car is waiting for you at the airport.

Distances
The main city of Plama is approx 15 minutes by car/taxi.
A small local supermarket is close to the complex but larger more fully stocked stores are also just a bit further along. Fantastic shops and stores for more than just food can be found in Palma. UK food items are readily available in the local large supermarket.

Further details
The location is excellent for easy access to Palma city via the road network and to the rest of the island.
The Illeats centre is the nearest point for banks and doctors, but the new Bendinat Plaza is close by too, this has excellent restaurants, a supermarket and newsagent.
