Notes on prices
Prices are for the villa per week in UK Pounds and not per person.
Air-conditioning units at £25 per unit per week. There are 4 units, one in each bedroom and one in the lounge.
Available for rental without obligation are cot, highchair, safety deposit box and air conditioning.
Every week left now reduced.
Changeover day
Changeover day is on a Friday. Arrival at the villa is 2pm unless otherwise arranged and departure is 10am unless otherwise arranged.

San Florentina has a luxury heated jacuzzi spa, which is the perfect place to relax and unwind, Bliss!!. The owners of San Florentina personally welcome all guests to the villa with champagne and chocolate upon arrival. They live on the island all year round and take great pride in preparation and presentation of the villa ensuring that all services and cleanliness are of the highest standard. The personal service and quality of accommodation is excellent and in the unlikely event that one of the guests may be poorly they are available 24 hours a day to assist giving total peace of mind. DVDs, toys, games, books and CDs to entertain the whole family. English satellite TV including children's channels. Air conditioning units in every room, there are 4 in total at 25.00 per unit per week. Safety deposit box available. This villa has a lot of extras for your comfort including beverage tray, 2 luxury bathrobes, bathroom welcome pack and essential pack in the kitchen.

The wonderful terrace, gardens and swimming pool area are truly breathtaking, with additional facilities including Private pool 8m x 4m, heated luxury Jacuzzi spa perfect to relax and unwind. the shaded arched terrace provides a welcome retreat from the midday sun enabling guests to sit and relax on the comfy wicker seating next to the rustic bar. Enjoy dining alfresco on the large table and recliner armchiars with cushions. A swinging hammock and lovely roof top terrace with beautiful views across the countryside to the sea at Es Grau and Brick built barbecue completes this area. Discretely positioned in the grounds is a fantastic private childrens playpark which does not affect any of the beautiful views from the villa for our regular guests who holiday without children.
Coast/Beach
The lovely natural beach within the pretty fishing village of Es Grau is 5 mns drive from the villa. The warm shallow waters make this a safe beach for all the family. there is a wonderful rustic beachbar where you can sit and sip a cool ice drink while feeling the warmth of the sand beneath your feet, the views are spectacular. Truly delightful and highly recommended.
Golf
Son Park 18 hole golf course is approx 30 min drive from the villa by car and offers professional tuition, buggy and club hire, driving range and a bar and restaurant to relax after a game of golf.

The Airport 20 mins by car away
8 mins from Port of Mahon.

The Port of Mahon is 8 mins by car, with its harbourside restaurants, bars and cafe culture, it is the perfect place to sit while watching the world go by or take a stroll and marvel at the multi million pound super yachts that are moored along the quay.

The pretty fishing village of Es Grau with its unspoilt natural sandy beach is 5 mins drive from the villa, there are restaurants, bars and cafes and also a supermarket. the famous Es Grau beach bar is idyllic and to sit with an ice cool drink while feeling the warm sand under your feet is truly wonderful. The views across the beach to the sea beyond are magical. Highly recommended. The Port of Mahon with its harbourside restaurants, cafes, bars and shops is 8 mins drive from the villa, enjoy a leisurely stroll along the key while admiring the million pound super yachts, cruise ships and menorquian fishing boats. Upon arrival at San Florentina you will find two large welcome books these have been meticulously prepared by the owners with all the possible information that you could require about the villa, it facilities, its location, best beaches, restaurants and places of interest for the whole family. The second book is full of information of sporting and childrens activities, available to keep the entire family entertained and includes indoor entertainment.
Booking notes
To book San Florentina is very easy, once you have confirmed that your holiday dates are available, a booking form will be sent to you via email to complete. A 25% deposit is payable by English cheque or direct payment into a UK bank at the time of booking, the remainder is required 8 weeks before your holiday start date. We do ask for a £200 security deposit which will be returned to you.
