A new villa built and furnished to a high standard in a beautiful and secluded setting. A light, airy and spacious home with air conditioning and heating in all rooms and an open fireplace. Spacious sun-soaked, south-facing terraces offer multiple seating areas to enjoy the fabulous views. Large parking area close to villa. Covered outdoor eating area with barbecue. The beaches of Port of Soller are a 5 minute drive or 15 minute tram-ride away and within very close proximity are the beautiful villages of Fornalutx and Deia. The area is a paradise for walkers, cyclists and ornithologists.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.

Changeover day
Our preferred changeover day is Saturday, although there may be some flexibility in this. Arrival times are from 3pm and departure times are 10am.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Both spacious bedrooms have joinable twin beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. A hairdryer is provided.
Bathrooms: New bathroom with shower, WC and two hand basins. Also luxury shower with toilet and hand basin.
Kitchen: The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, juicer and coffeemaker.
Utility Room: There is a washing machine and sink in our covered outdoor seating area. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
Living Rooms: The large living area is open-plan offering 2 sofas (one reclining), dining table and 4 chairs, mood lighting, a working fireplace and large coffee table. TV, DVD & CD players are available. Two sets of double doors lead from this area to terraces.
Other: An outdoor covered eating area with barbecue allows one to enjoy alfresco living. There are also four sun loungers, a table and chairs and a large sun umbrella.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and bedding and pool towels are included (but not beach towels). A full clean and change of towels and linen is carried out once a week. Mid-week cleaning can also be provided at an additional cost of £35 per clean.

Notes on accommodation
Every room is equipped with air conditioning and heating and there is a working fireplace in the lounge. The villa is suitable both for families and groups of friends.

Accessibility
Parking is on level ground next to the villa and all doors in the villa are easy-access, double doors. Full access is available to the main terrace and outdoor eating area next to the villa but lower terraces would be difficult for wheelchair access.

Outside
The grounds extends to 2,900 square meters and are south-facing and totally secluded. Just below the main terrace is a new 8x4 metre private pool within its own terrace. The patios have four sun loungers, a table and chairs and a large sun umbrella. A barbecue and outdoor seating area with sink and washing machine is attached to the villa.

Coast/Beach
The Port of Soller is approximately a 5 minute drive or 15 minute tram-ride away. This horseshoe-shaped natural bay is perfect for families with young children and offers sandy beaches and a good selection of restaurants and shops. There is also a beach at nearby Deia.

Golf
There are approximately 20 golf courses in Mallorca, many of which are within 30-45 minutes drive away.

Special interest holidays
The area surrounding Soller is one of outstanding natural beauty and is a thriving centre for walkers, cyclists and ornithologists.

Travel
Palma airport is 30 minutes away through the Soller tunnel and both can be reached by public transport. Soller also offers a range of transport facilities, including the famous Palma-Soller railway so a car is not essential if one is not wishing to travel too widely. However, to fully enjoy the area the hire of a car is recommended. The villa has a large parking area for at least 6 cars.

Distances
The centres of Palma, Valldemossa and Deia are drives of approximately 30, 35 and 20 minutes away by car.

Further details
The nearest supermarket and bread shop is a 5 minute walk away. The centre of Soller, with a full range of shops, restaurants and attractions and a local market, is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Booking notes
To confirm your booking, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of the holiday, together with a signed booking form. The balance payment must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the arrival date and is non-refundable. In addition, a damage deposit of £100 must be paid at this point, returnable within 2 weeks of your return home if there has been no damage to the Villa. It is recommended that adequate travel insurance is taken out to cover cancellation costs.
