Notes on accommodation
New villa where no one has resided before, situated in a quiet area in the country, but not too far from the center, where you can relax and watch the country parcels and the famed Ibiza sunsets. Air-conditioning, really ample and sunny rooms and really new furniture. Outside, there are pieces, plates, carbon and so on to have nice barbecues in the garden by the swimming pool. There are different fruit trees around the garden and patios and own water completely drinkable. 12m. swimming-pool with a shower and nice outer decoration. There's a local supermarket/bar at 7min. walk and a bus stop to San Antonio and Ibiza Town. Contact directly to owner, no intermediary agents.

Accessibility
The main door, doors and corridors are wide enough for a wheelchair. Gardens and swimming pool area are easy to get to by wheelchair, except all around the barbeque.
Outside
12m x 6m swimming pool with shower, new barbeque, 2600m finca fenced, patios, fruit trees, nice outdoor furniture, big table for 16 people eating by the garden, big umbrella, chair and loungers. All completely private. Upstairs, ample and nice solarium where you can drink and have nice views around the country and sunset.
Coast/Beach
3km (5 min drive) to San Antonio beaches. Nice beaches like Cala Gracio, Cala Salada, Punta Galera are 10 min driving.
Beaches around Ibiza Town are 10 min drive.
Travel
San Antonio harbour is 3km. Ibiza port is 8 min drive. Ibiza airport is 25 min drive. Bus stop at 5 min walking, buses every 15min. to San Antonio (5min. driving) and Ibiza Town (10min. driving).

Further details
There's a local supermarket/bar just 7min walking, they bake fresh bread and have a good selection of excellent quality meat. They do a good breakfast coffee and typical ensaimada.
